-Modified and edited hardware files for project butter like smoothness. Touchscreen is way more responsive and more sensitive than before. Touch works fine even while charging
-Activated screen state scaling. READ CAREFULLY. Default governor is set to hotplug(tweaked) but when you lock your phone governor changes to powersave running at 100MHz for amazing battery saving and longevity. Music everything plays great. But when you unlock the screen the lockscreen would lag hardly for a second to change governor to hotplug and the amazing smoothness is then restored.

YOU NEED AN UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER. (Don't know how to do it? Search xda )
-Flash ICS .54 Stock ROM. Let the Stock ROM settle first. That is let it boot at least 2 to 3 times.
-Download the ROM.
-Copy the ROM to your phone's SD card
-Boot in recovery by pressing volume down button continuously at the Sony Logo.
-Wipe cache, dalvik cache and factory reset through CWM
-Flash the ROM
-Wipe data again (cache,dalvik cache and data)
-Restart your device
-If it asks to restore stock recovery hit yes.
Warning: We are not responsible for any damage that could happen to your device because of flashing of this ROM.

i tried to install it using munjeni's CWM (the one used in v14 boot.img) but it fails to boot. it just stays on the Sony logo. i also tried munjenis CM CWM but the same happens.

I found a solution (don't know, it's working or not):

This is why I need the base FW. So, the base is the Sola .54 FW?
this fix may work /worked for some members so try your luck
1.flash your device fw/gb
2.flash xperia sola/wrong fw/ics .54 you flashed in first time
3.flash device fw/gb again
4.reboot
NOTE:do all of this steps with out opening or restarting the device or even do not take the battery out
note you should flash gb with this steps but for sola flash ics .54
do this at your own risk

i reccomend everyone that flashed it , go to a sony service center with locked bootlouder en standard rom so that they can fixed it

I installed it on my neo (MT15i) but there is no home screen. I only can access settings through the notification bar and camera with the camera key and the image is upside down, I cant go on anything else!

Strange.. Just try to reset from settings.. I had other problem on first boot the rom memory showed only 150 mb .. I did reset and then showed 330 mb.. strange..!

This is a stock based ROM with beautiful interface. You can find all the features of sony with a new look in this ROM. I have tried to make it as clean as possible,thus making it very smooth,stable & fast for daily usage. Many of you have tried to gain performance with scipts. I have used X-PLODE so use the ROM to feel the power.
The actual reason I am able to present you my ROM is the devs & respective members from our forum by experiencing their wonderful contribution & learned from them. Well, there is another person without him this wouldn't be possible is iONEx. He has helped me each & every way possible. Lets see some of his great contributions.

Instruction:
Place the ROM zip on SD card

**Should work with any ICS kernel. Tested with stock,rage,panic,lupus,radeon kernel. I personally recommend Lupus, Radeon & Kernel Panic (flash it after rom because of Aroma bug). Currently I had a problem with Mesa after deleting wlanfixed for wifi. So, DON'T USE MESA for now. If it works with MESA later I will let you know. Most importantly, always learn to make a backup**
A small bug with quick toggle reboot button. Just untick it from quick panel settings
~Important Instruction: In first boot you will find out "Unfortunately systemUI has stopped", don't panic,just finish the setup wizard then go to settings>Date & Time & use 24hr format. After couple of seconds all will be fine. Also, 2G & torch toggle doesn't work. It has a modded framework thus made the V2 beautiful.Thanks to jobayer for his help.

yeah I have mentioned mesa problem in first post.seems to be mesa bug with this rom.but with other kernel its working.so i should ask help to an0nym0us_

Believe me uploading to media fire will make your rom get established like those whose ate already have.

How to Install:
1. Make a CWM Backup incase anything goes wrong (Optional)

rom is fast and stable and good battery life after several hours of heavy use.
the only problem I have is the auto rotate is inverse in xperia neo. I changed kernel but it's still a problem. I've turned it off for now and it's not a problem but I believe it needs to be fixed.

the first time i flashed it on my NeoV , i had the problem too. Although i forgot to flash neo v's patch, after i flashed it, the problem was fixed. Until the dev provides a fix, If autorotation is a hastle for you, id suggest you to flash the fix, but you WILL lose your camera.

Will be fixed for next release.
Btw guys, I recommend replacing Apex launcher with ADW which is a lot smoother and less choppy. If you do that you can really feel the project butter In launcher + general UI and multitasking
So what are the differences between this and jj's hybrid? I'm on it now and would like to switch to something more stable but don't know if this would be it

I think you should read through my Xperia Arc thread, that has been running since v1 and everyone there loves it. Just use the search button on the thread and you will find awnser to your questions. Look through changelog also

Lockscreen problem?
FINALLY got it downloaded i guess somethings wrong with the internet at home =D. At any rate, nice rom thus far i too experienced the orientation problem, but also any changes made in the Rom Control/Lockscreen do not reflect? Anyone else having this problem?

Guys...I have found the solution for play store server error.
The problem is in the patch...get neo v/neo patch from pureness thread and replace build.prop of pureness with beautiful ICS.
Done...wait for sometime and you will get updates available notification.

OK..now these are the steps to get playstore working.
1.remove vending.apk from ROM zip in winrar.
2.get the neo/V patch from ThilinaC's pureness thread and replace the build.prop in it with beautiful ICS build.prop...also in winrar.
3.Flash as usual...create account and then run playstore.
4.If showing server error then clear data and force stop playstore.
This will solve the error.

Use this rom at your own risk, if anything goes wrong you are solo responsible!
Requirements:
Unlocked bootloader.
Clockworkmod recovery which you get with nAa kernel.
Latest nAa-jb kernel
Instalation :
Perform a nandroid backup of your current rom.
Download rom and place it on sdcard.
Flash mentioned above kernel using latest Flashtool.
Boot to cwm recovery.
Wipe /data, /cache and /dalvik-cache. After that format /system, /data, /cache.
Install XperiaICE JB rom.
Done ! Reboot. (first boot will take longer than usual)
When the rom boots up first, let it settle down for ~5min and then finish the setup wizard!
That's it. You have succesfully flashed XperiaICE rom ! Enjoy in latest semc features on shakira.
Optional: Visit thread for at last once in a 3/4 weeks to keep in touch with latest updates!

Additional informations
File transfer:
To enable usb connection go to settings/storage/(menu button)/ usb computer connection and tick mass storage.
Performance
Overclock to your most stable frequency (245 - 710 or 729 mhz = most stable for me, almost none reboot and fine performance.)
Disable windows animations. This disables windows transitions which may result in faster ; for example: returning to homescreen.
Install minimum number of apps, don't bloat your system with apps that you don't really need. Set minimum number of widgets on homescreen to make phone load up homescreen quicker. Lots of widgets also drain up battery.
Use swap file or swap partition to get more free memory.
Wipe cache and dalvik cache once a week.
Use KSM and set zRam to off or 10%.
Use Smartassh3 cpu governor.
Battery saving tips:
Do not set high brightness, especially don't enable ultra brightness.
Turn off wifi,gps,bluetooth,3g when not in use.
Freeze apps that are running in backround and eat your battery.
Use 2G instead of 3G.
Memory:
[INTERNAL STORAGE]:
When you install this rom you will get ~130mb free of internal storage. So, whenever you install some app move it to your external storage using free app link2sd which you can find on play store.
[RAM]:
You should get aroud 45 mb of free ram when nothing is running expect settings app and keyboard.
I cannot start this rom after install.. it's stuck on NaA Jb kernel and I followed your instruction fully, anyone else can help? :crying:

You can reFlash nAa jb kernel,perform FULL wipe and try to flash rom. If that doesn't work,you can perhaps flash stock .ftf firmwire,after you flash it flash right away nAa jb kernel and do full wipe. Aftere flash rom and reboot. This should work..
ROM NOT BOOTING UP> stucks on kernel boot screen!!

It was just a suggestion. I had sometime problems with booting on other roms and such.. so I flashed .ftf file of stock and flashed custom kernel right after. The problem dissapeared. I'm using this rom on nAa-jb kernel and I haven't got any problems while booting or installing. Everything works fine. Are you sure that you performed full wipe? And if it doesn't work on oxydo kernel try to flash on nAa-jb . TRY ON nAa-jb

Try to flash this http://hotfile.com/dl/128941602/d01b6c1/X8_E15i_2.1.1.C.0.0._un.ftf and after you flash it flash nAa-jb,full wipe and try to flash rom..

Reflash oxydo kernel again then wipe system, cache, data, full wipe and cache partition. Then flash another kernel.
I think it is fixed. I rebuilded rom again and flashed it twice without any problem.. Rom is under upload now.
Rom uploaded. Everything should work fine now..
Working very well on both NaA JB and Oxydo Kernel, very smooth jellybean thank you so much for fixed it

Just installed your ROM, and i think it's very well achieved. As far as SEMC-style Roms are concerned i think this one is better, however, just as in Piscu's rom, the laucher is a bit laggy, and it keeps redrawing the app icons every time i return to home screen. Another problem with this is, if i change to Apex Launcher, most widgets (like walkman and weather) disappear from widget selection
But i think you've done a good job, i'll be keeping an eye on your Rom

You can't use xperia widgets with apex or trebucket. You can only use them with xperia launchers. About lag, every JB rom is laggy on this device because our phone has low RAM, I think. But lot's of jb roms are quiet fast on our device and then suddently becomse laggy..

Thank you for the widget explanation, i didn't know that. Although XPeria StatusSwitch.apk from Piscu's Rom works in Apex.
The thing i like the most on this rom is the full Xperia style, and it works as good as MiniCM, the lag is the launcher's fault because if you switch to Nova or Apex it gets much smoother (Trebuchet is also a bit laggy)
You've made a so cool ROM bro ! How many free ram do you have with this ROM ?
And is the sms style of Xperia X on your ROM ?

Ah thanks a lot dude! I did run into a few bugs like the blackscreen at the second boot, but I think I've fixed that now, I also taken out a few apps that wern't needed/showing in the app drawer if that's okay? (Like the file explorer for example) I also removed Facebook simply because the version in the ROM was really, really outdated

i dont know whats got up to you kids, all roms are the same, don't expect you'll get something you never seen.
you can do all by your self, all you need is titanium backup to remove what you dont need and apps that you can take from other roms.

I am unsure of this, it appears to be working but I need testers on games like Asphalt when the ROM's uploaded in 3 minutes.

is root working for you? mine dosent work. firmware .58 enchanced v2, lupus ics/gb. also i cant boot with lupus gb v6.
