So I'm running SF and I love the mods like the notification bar transparency and such. I would really like to have Gmail to run in tablet mode. Is it possible to change from SF to Xposed? Also the repository listed in the thread for Xposed doesn't have many mods. What all can you do with it?

You can use both SF and Xposed together.
I use them both right now
I will go any day for Xposed, as it's reversible.

How about a way to do it just through the phone.

Use AndFTP if you have to do it on phone. It's just an ftp server...
Here are screens of the settings that work.

When you connect you'll be in the root directory, go to flip font folder and navigate from there.

sing xda app-developers app
Pinch-zooming out so that it shows the entire page will hide that.
It only shows up when you're zoomed in or if the note at 100% doesn't fit the window size (like if you're using it in multi-window.)

install ROM Toolbox (free version works) and in the AdBlocker part you can get a lot of info
you can use Addons Detector to scan all apps and see which one is using push notifications

Guys the ad persists... this is what the ad looks like...
Edit: for any of you having issues like mine...i found a good trick to get rid of it....when the ad is in the status bar....hold it and then click app info...and it will jump to settings and show you the app causing the problem.....

Is there a way to record calls on a non-rooted Verizon Galaxy Note 2 with the stock ROM?
I do it using Google Voice.

In call recorder works great, don't us with blue tooth.

Do they have one out yet that can record to a cloud? (Root or no root)

How? I don't see that option in the app.

when make or receive a call a little red phone icon will be on your screen, click on it to record, doesn't work with blue tooth headsets.
The app I posted does not work on moto phones!

Maybe it is because I am using the mobile app, but all I see is threads for the hangouts app. Nothing for email though.

Well that explains it. You are looking in the timeline and that is from the O2 forums. I was searching under the android themes and apps forum and nothing came up. You should link that in here or as its own thread so others can take advantage of it too.
