Hi I am Vinod and new to android development. I would like to learn android app development through any android centers. But basically what is the difference between Android development centers and android training centers? They cost high high in android development centers when compared to Android training centers. So which is better to select?

you may begin to contact some OEM thanks to alibaba.com : just search "android tablet", select the products that appear to be "acceptable" and contact the company! Many of them can easily work as white-label and personnalize their products if you buy a few hundred of them...
but pay attention to quality! (you won't work with samsung but with small companies that have the propension to build bad/cheap products). Try to work with an experienced guy who knows how this type of sourcing works!
Anyone there having a hands-on experience to recommend me a development reference in Android for doing audio signal processing, in Java/SDK or C/NDK? That can be a blog, forum, discussion group, that kind. Thanks

If it really happens "Without Google Products" how Huawei will keep its market share???
Their market share will go down obviously. They're working on the replacement which should be legal in China which is a huge market and should attract many developers. Over 100M phones sold by Huawei each year is also no slouch.

No. An insufficient number of these were sold, and the manufacture abandoned support for the device too quickly, for any significant “ROM chef” community to grow and remain sustained.
The bottom line seems to be this - if you are your device’s useful lifespan to be extended by any kind of third party support, then don’t an buy off-brand Chinese one. Stick to well-known international brands who have a reputation to protect.
