Hi guys, yesterday i tried to put a ROM on my SGA GT-S5830c using this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1840645. I followed the steps and after finish them my cellphone was now a SGA GT-S5830i. I installed the Ace-i-Sure rom but the wi-fi wasn't great so i tried to recover my system using CWM and ClockWorkRec5830i.zip. Okay he turned back into SGA GT-S5830i. I tried to put another rom but the cellphone bricked so i unbricked it using odin. One more time he's now a GT-S5830i. I'm trying to restore to my original FW and nothing is working. Please guys help me to restore to the original FW GT-S5830c i'm desperate.

No, it's not. Ace "C" is the same as Ace "i", So it's the right section.
I don't know if i can share links outside of XDA, but if yes, i'll point you to original s5830c firmware.

No you can't. Both models have different CPU/GPU.

INSTRUCTIONS :-
press vol button in middle and press power button
now you have your phone in download mod
now start attached odin file
and select files after unzipping and start flashing

Because in samfirmware.com there appears to be new firmwares... latest one from June 2012...
Add more informarion about the fimware.

my device belong in Greece so my question is: what i have to do to install this rom [ROM][4.1.2] [XXELKC] [Sotmax Jelly Bean Ultimate Stock V9] GT-i9300 *stable as rock pls a clear answer because you can understad the cofusion

If your phone is not rooted then first you need to root it and install cwm recovery. You can search forum for tutorials.
Then download the rom in your phones external sd card and flash it via cam.

There is no 4.1 custom rom for this device.I think you got trolled by build prop.edit
There is no 2.6.3 for ace.Flash any stock rom (2.3.6) via odin instructions of which you can get from stickied threads of Ace I forum.

There's no 2.6.3 for any device . I think it's a typo.

Update from cwm 6.0.5.0 to 6.0.5.3_1
Hello everyone,
I have a Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i and i wan to install cm11. It had the stock rom since yesterday when i try to install the cm11 for first time. Firstly, I flashed cwm 6.0.1.2 and try to install cm11 (cm-11-20141108-nightly-cooperve ) but nothing. After a small research i should have cwm 6.0.5.3 or after installed. Well, now i have flashed cwm 6.0.5.0 and i want to update it to 6.0.5.3_1 version. How can i do that because when i made and Install from sdcard,it's says that it has been installed ok and prompt me for a reboot recovery. But after that i still see the old version. How can i flash it? Where can i find a version fro installation through odin??

Hello,
Yes, sorry for the stupid question but i realize that with a deeper research after posting it. Finally i have installed the appropriate cwm v.6.0.5.3 and
cm11 installed successfully.
Another question please. I want to make a backup of my current rom and i get "Error while backing up recovery" with cwm 6.0.5.3.
Any idea why this happen?
