I Have found one article on the net about an application that can make you switch between android OS and Windows 8 phone and its launched on playstore is that true ... just asking .. the article was in arabic site

Must be the windows phone 8 launcher available on play store. And yeah questions-----> galaxy note 2 Q&A thread

And they are talking about an app that helps you find which of your favorite apps has a Windows Phone app.

Yes, it helps you switch your android phone with a new WP8 device. It helps you do make the process easy, to get the apps you have now on your android device on your new WP8 device. (maybe also contacts etc. but I'm not sure)

guys. this is just a commercial campaign. Microsoft is releasing an android app that will scan your installed apps and shows you which of them is already on windows, and suggesting substitutes to those who are not there yet.
they are just promoting their windows phones.
Here's the link to an English post about it.. and the Arabic post stated just that (.. Yeah i can read Arabic )

the app function is not for android user to feel the windows phone on their android handheld, but it use for the android user who migrate to windows phone without leaving their favorite apps on the android phone.

by this app, the android user still can feel the feature of their android apps that was installed.
