U will have to wait till they make a bugfree port for ULB after that devs will get it to work on LB..

Official ics has sony bloatware(launcher,timescape etc).
But if you want pure ics then you can use cm9 by FXP(custom rom).

No, it's impossible. CM9 stuff won't work on stock ROM, and Sony stuff won't work on CM9. Wrong section.
