Sorry but the install instructions are somewhat confusing. Since there isn't a TWRP folder in my SDCARD (not external) I created one. Is that correct ? Then I copied the downloaded .zip file there and renamed it to ui.zip. Is that correct ? If not, then I am sorry for bothering, but I dont know what else you mean.
Even checked out another topic which had similiar instructions. When I check in Android in a root explorer i can see the ui.zip in the theme folder in there. When I go to TWRP recovery and go into Filemanager and then into that folder, there is nothing in there. And I still see only the dark theme, though I copied the light theme in there,
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

If you've made a TWRP nandroid you should have a folder created. In there add a theme folder and place the ui.zip you downloaded in there. See the image attached

I created a Backup with TWRP, however that file is in the following folder on my SD Card (Internal)
/sdcard/0/TWRP/BACKUPS
And otherwise my TWRP works fine. So how can it be its installed different than from yours or that the Backups would be in a different folder than with yours ?
Wolfseye
P.S: Put the theme folder now into the path I posted above and now it works. Thank you.

Hi, thanks again for this great theme!
One question: In the "Install ZIP" screen I d'not see the option to choose internal or external estorage, I remember that before it was, or so I think... not?
Thanks!

Hi
I made my own theme using one of these as the base but for an earlier version of TWRP. My question is how to I update my theme to work with TWRP 2.5
Thanks

If you find a bug or a feature we need or dont need, so please report in here.
Do you have enough space in your boot folder? if not you have to delete something.
Feel free to ask how.
How to install:
You have to install TWRP first!
Open your sd card and create a folder called "theme" within your TWRP folder.
Put the ZIP file in folder "theme" you created.
Reboot your HP Touchpad.

Click to collapse
Changing the Moboot Theme (moboot.background.tga):
You can flash the zip file in recovery or put it manually in your boot folder:
Open the Terminal Emulator and type:
su
mount -o remount,rw /boot
Then use the Root Browser of Rom Toolbox or any other Root Explorer
Now c&p the tga file to the boot folder, which is located in root.

Changing the moboot.splash.CyanogenMod.tga
Open the Terminal Emulator and type:
su
mount -o remount,rw /boot
Then use the Root Browser of Rom Toolbox or any other Root Explorer
Now c&p the tga file to the boot folder, which is located in root.
OR
open the zip before you install the next nightly build.
Put my tga in the zip (overwrite the old) and repack the zip.
You can do the same with the bootanimation.
Click to collapse
Notice: If your theme does not run, your boot folder is full.
This should happen only with TWRP 2.0. Otherwise you got to much crap.
What to do:

Then delete your CWM Image.
Now you can load the bootanimation and moobot tga.

Its my pleasure to introduce to you Holo Dark and Holo Light themes for TWRP by thecoby. I found these to be beautiful and simplistic themes and decided to port them to the Incredible 4G. Please stop by and give the original artist thanks for developing these two themes and allowing me to bring them to our great device.
Original thread by thecoby
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=32933248
Now let's get started:
These themes will work with TWRP version 2.5.0.0 and earlier versions. These themes have been made to be fully compliant with our phones resolution but if you find an issue please let me know.
Disclaimer: I cannot be held responsible for anything negative that happens to your phone I have tested these and prove them safe.
Directions:
1. Download the zip file of your choice and rename it to UI.zip
2. In your internal sdcard create a new folder within your TWRP folder and name the new folder theme
3. Copy UI.zip into the theme folder
4. Reboot your phone into recovery and tada.
Download Dark Holo Theme
http://db.tt/peXdidfC
Download Light Holo Theme
http://db.tt/rGMWBEUJ
I did exactly that and didn't seem to get it to stick. The UI.zip is in the theme folder in my TWRP folder on my sd card.

I'm sorry for that.Yes put the ui.zip within the internal sdcards TWRP folder. It use to work both ways with earlier versions of TWRP but now you must use the internal SD.

If you downloaded these themes before this posting you need to go back and download the files again. I have uploaded new files. The previously uploaded files were missing some features I have edited them and they are to my knowledge perfect now. If you find any issues please let me know.

Try deleting your theme folder and re creating it. I'm not sure why it won't work. As long as there is a theme folder within the TWRP folder on your internal storage you just place the ui.zip within the theme folder. It must be named ui.zip
looking good bro! :good:
Dark Holo looks great man, finally got it up and running!
I initially thought something might be broken because I was stuck at the TeamWin loading screen for quite a long time. Eventually light Holo did load and the log appears clean so it is feature complete. Thanks for porting this prairiedogn.
TWRP 2.4.1.0
I'm sorry for letting this get outdated, I don't use TWRP anymore and as a result have neglected this theme. I'll have an updated version up soon just got a lot going on in life right now but will upload in a few days.

I finally uploaded updated themes in the OP. Please let me know if I'm missing anything or if I've failed at something. Again I'm sorry for the delay I've had a lot going on and don't see an end to this rat race in the near future but I'll try to correct any mistakes if I've made any.

I want it to be in line with material design.
It can have out of place or Oversized icons, text etc which can potentially make your recovery not very useful.
I can't test it myself right now as I don't have access to the device. Tested. Works but Not very Perfectly
How to Revert to Stock:
On SD card open TWRP folder and delete the theme folder.
Restart to recovery.

You use this theme at your own risk.
This theme itself can't brick your device even if it doesn't functions perfectly.. I have stated steps to revert to your stock theme below.
How to Revert to Stock:
On SD card open TWRP folder and delete the theme folder.
Restart to recovery.
