[Q] Strange Bootloops (solved) - HTC EVO 3D

Code:
Hello everyone.
Last night I rebooted my phone because I was getting fc's on ES File Explorer. After the reboot my phone stuck on bootanimation and never boots.
Wiped everything, Installed CM10 (Wild) but still nothing. Now it is bootlooping from bootanimation. I'm using 4EXT recovery with SmartFlash enabled.
I'm on hboot: 1.53.0007 / Baseband version: 11.77.3504.00P_11.25.3504.06_M / HTC unlocked / S-ON and I was using v16+OTA mwakious3Drom.
I'm downloading RUU's but I'm not sure if they flash. My phone is bought from Germany and had the vodafone logo when firstbooted. It's not branded.
Anyone could help me understand what's wrong so I can recover my phone back? Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Just used RUU_Shooter_U_Vodafone_UK_1.21.161.1_Radio_10.53.9020.00_10.13.9020.08_2M_release_203613_signed (the only vodafone RUU) and it failed.
Also tried RUU_SHOOTER_U_ICS_35_S_HTC_Europe_3.28.401.1_Radio_11.77.3504.00U_11.25.3504.06_M_release_262714_signed.exe but i got CID incorrect! on bootloader.
EDIT: Tried MIUI and CM9 also but not working... :(
Ah and on Fastboot it recognises to erase/format only the cache. My eMMc is fried isn't it??pfffff
FINAL EDIT: I did superwipes to every partition except SDcard. I downloaded the v17 mwakiousrom and now it just booted. If I want to go AOSP I must do the wire trick to get s-off? Thanks again...

Hard ware Version: 2
Stock Rooted 2.89
Has anyone else had this problem
I am almost certain that it is OP Error!!! ( as I am still a noob 2 yrs after having Android)
Any advice on how i can have my old JB Rom back on my phone. cause i miss having long battery life!!! 12 hours with a 4,000mah Battery vs 7 hrs on Stock with the same battery.
Try:
1. Run ruu.exe.
2. Flash 1.4 revolutionary hboot
3. Flash custom recovery (either 4ext or twrp)
4. Flash custom ROM like zr3dxl or homebrew.
I was having bootloops and doing everything in that order worked for me.
Thank you!!! It helped. Still
Wondering why that happened. But it works now!

I can't tell you exactly why, but it seems that flashing a complete RUU can sometimes fix problems that result from from flashing bits and pieces of firmware (such as radios or bootloaders) or taking an OTA for an upgrade. This has even been recognized by HTC in their advice on the htcdev.com website to flash an RUU if you are having problems with the unlock procedure and have taken OTA updates, even when completely stock.
Here's a post where I provide some more information about this, but I still can't tell you exactly what causes problems. I have found that once I flashed the 2.89.651.2 RUU.exe I can switch bootloaders without any problems.

Help with rooting

Hi,
I'm running a Vodafone HOX+ with
Android: 4.1.1
Sense: 4+
Software: 1.14.161.18
HTC SDK API: 4.63
HTC Extension: Sense45_1
Kernel: 3.1.10-g262c6aa
Baseband: 3.1204.167D.31
Build: 1.14.161.18 CL122573
CID: VODAP102
Now I'd like to root it an run Evolution HD 5.1 on it.
Could someone point me at the most important threads in order to get me through the process.
I already loaded the ROM. Do I need to flash a Firmware as well?
What role does my CID play with regard to rooting?
I'm no complete noob. I rooted and flashed several ROMs to a defy+. Pain in the ass BTW.
Used Clockwork mod back then. Eversince I had Clockwork mod on it, flashing new ROMs was very easy from that point.
Thanks in Advance.

Probably the best one, Its all in one!
I followed the instructions. When I got to "Flash your kernel" I flashed the Kernel delivered by the Android HD Revolution 5.1 thread.
Now my phone won't boot. I just get the white screen with the htc logo. Is this a boot loop?
Pretty much. Did you flash a recovery after you unlocked your bootloader?
I accidentally flashed "your own recovery" first. Whatever that may be.
Then I flashed CWM (INTL Model) and after that once again flashed "Your own recovery".
Like the tool said I then put then Boot.IMG into the kernels folder an then ran "Flash kernel".
Now I can hold the off button and the screen goes black for like 3-5 seconds and then it goes on again (without my interaction).
Then it gets back to the htc logo.
Sometimes the red LED above the screen is constantly on. Sometimes it's constantly off.
Please help
I might be wrong but the kernel that comes with that rom is already in the zip file for that rom. So all you have to do if boot your phone into recovery mode and install from sd card the zip file and it should do everything for you unless you have a different kernel!
I went into recovery mode and was able to install the ROM. After it I said reboot and it's still not getting beyond the htc logo...
Do I need to wipe cache or something after installing ROM?
Update:
After installing ROM it's gotten worse. I'm not able to go into recovery mode any longer. I see Clockwordmod Recovery loading, then the phone reboots. Tried several other images, also TWRP, but it's also rebooting.
Somebody ?
I flashed the image that was in the zip after flashing the Rom for several times and then my phone suddenly worked. Thanks for the help

[Q] HTC Rhyme Boot Loop - Soft Bricked

I bought HTC Rhyme (Bliss) last week and I'm regretful !!! It worked perfectly till the night, when I put it on the dockstation to charge, but 15 mins later I saw it rebooting over and over and stuck on the green HTC logo !!! what people call soft brick or bootloop problem !!!
I tried factory reset, erase data and cache in recovery which didn't work.
I downloaded and installed RUU_Bliss_ICS_35_S_HTC_EU_2.14.401.2 from htcdev.com site, which didn't change anything. Also I flashed different boot.img , but no result.
I unlocked the bootloader using htcdev and flashed CWM 6 touch. Erased cache and dalvik, reinstalled RUU, didn't work!
I downloaded some custom roms for HTC Rhyme, but when I try to flash them in CWM, it says Can't open ... (bad) Installation aborted. !!! I changed the CWM to version 5, downloaded the roms again, but still the same error !!!
Flashed Dark side wipe cache and super wipe via CWM and installed RUU again, no luck !!!
Found the stock RUU (1.31.707.6) on a Russian forum, but I faced some difficulties downgrading !!! I got main version error at first, changed the main version using misc_version and then it said hboot version is older. I generated the mtd0.img , setup adb in CWM recovery and followed the instructions to flash it to the misc partition using flash_image, but it says failed with error: -1 !!! tried "dd if=/sdcard/mtd0.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p17" but still I get "hboot version is older" or "hboot version check failed" when I try to revert it back to stock rom.
I spent hours of time testing different methods (even the phone twisting method I found on youtube!!!) and I don't know what else to do !!! Maybe If I could flash a different rom or revert it back to stock i get rid of the damn bootloop !!!
Also I can't find s-off box for htc rhyme in the market...
Lol…i press retart on same phone and got boot loop

[Q]cant install roms.

hi guys. i recently rooted my phone. i used hasoon2000 tool http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1943822 and followed the steps.
i successfully unlocked the phone and installed CWM JB recovery. after then i applied perm root successfully.
i tried to install mySENSEdx+ RC3.0 rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2330229.
after reebot i noticed that the stock rom booted back up instead of the new rom. i checked the root and saw that indeed i have the superuser and that its working. kept trying install this rom and another one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2237484, each time wiping davlik and cache partitions.
after a couple times i tried this with no success and i noticed phone memory was filling up. i did a full wipe, including system partition and tried installing again. at this point after install i got a seconds flash of the white HTC boot screen and then the screen went black.
i tried using different recoveries and many other roms with no success.

[Q] Issue with NexusFlyerV1.3 loading

Hello, I have used the HTCDEV.com to unlock my HTC Flyer, so I am S-ON, and flashed the Flyer CWM-Based Recovery 6.0.1.1 HC.zip - 5.02 MB then I tried to manually flash the boot.img from the [ROMl] [15-APR-2013] [Android 4.1.2] [NexusFlyerV1.3]. after the reboot I got stuck on a Blank Screen. I tried this twice. Then, like on my HTC EVO 4G LTE, I installed from the SDCARD, the whole zip file of the [ROMl] [15-APR-2013] [Android 4.1.2] [NexusFlyerV1.3] after this was complete and it rebooted I now get stuck on the Nexus X and nothing happens. I have waited for several hours and it just stays there so I tried a gain and the same thing so someone please help me...
*edit*
When I boot into recovery I get a message the says,

I have the exact same problem. And a dalvik cache wipe did not help.
I followed this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1881748, but tried to install new room with S-ON.
If I have understod correctly (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2070140) I need to downgrade to GB (I had stock HC) then make it S-OFF, uppgrading to HC before flashing rooms.
But what to do now? I dont ave stoc RUU. My Flyer looks dead
Not sure why or how, but by loocking the bootloader and running an official RUU found online (to my version of Flyer) four times in fastboot I am now on a working GB version (with changed HBBOOT?). Now I can start from the beginning and probarbly semi-brick it once more...
