I'm now using GB-70 korea version and flashed cm10.1 and newest sultan kernel.
And i flashed almost all threads' walkman for cm10.1 (of course after wipe cache and dalvik cache).
But i can't use clear audio+. When i flashed the walkman pack for cm10.1, no sounds came out from my device
How can i flash the full walkman player with clear audio+ on my GB-70?
(Sorry for my bad english)

The clear audio mod only works on devices with a Wolfson sound chip. The YP-GB70 has a Yamaha chip, so it's not compatible.

thank you for your answer

Thank you for your answer. But i used clear audio+ in cm10&cm9 for GB-70. And as i know, there are many patched pack for non Wolfson sound chip models.

Greetings all, I have an Xperia Neo on which I installed CM9 custom rom and used it for 2-3 days which gave me awesome performance over stock rom but features like bravia, xloud, camera quality, gesture keyboard input etc missing.. so thought to install some other rom and I found Xperia Pureness much satisfying rom
Now my question is, how to install Xperia Pureness rom over CM9? What's the procedure? because when I googled, I found nothing.
Just too scared as I do not wanna brick my phone or wanna face general problems as other guys have faced like bootloop etc.
Please help. Thanks in advance buddies
Just flash the night elf kernel as recommended by the developer of the ROM!
And install the ROM..
Don't forget to do a clean wipe..
Factory reset, wipe cache partition, wipe dalvik cache.

flashing kernel and ROM are two diff things?
I didn't get you. Can you tell me with CWM way? like what I understand is I need to boot into CWM and from that I should flash two files which are build_11 and patch.. that's it.. is it like that way only over CM9?
thanks for ur response buddy
1.Factory reset in cwm
2.wipe cache partition
3.wipe dalvik cache
4.Format /system (in mounts and storage)
5.Format /cache
6.Format /Data
7.Install Xperia_Ice_Cream_Pureness_build_10.00.zip
8.Install patch for your phone model
9.Reboot now and you are done !
Hit thnx if i helped you.....

mate, I could read above info provided by owner and I got it easily. This instructions don't tell about kernel installation step and also one should install kernel before or later after ROM installation and etc. these were my doubts. Anyways, I installed Alliance kernel first by fastboot command as my phone is unlocked and then installed xperia pureness rom
currently, i am testing it.. first thing I opened camera and found camera sucks it seems it is not 8 MP camera but 3 MP camera image quality is not satisfying.. so nothing beat Stock Rom camera and image quality.. (CM9 and xperia pureness, i have tested so far)
I like the touch buttons for home, back and menu key on the home screen those buttons make operating phone with one hand at ease Super..
wanna test sound, but where is music player? duh.. :/
Yeah, the music player is missing! The developer has given this as an add on..
Here's the link for the Walkman music player..

Yes just flash it. And read the first post thoroughly before complaining about anything not working. Your doubt may be answered already!

Just want to make it aware that now AC!D sound mod which is in my DroidAce rom doesn't need to be ported to GB.
An official and stable release of Acid sound mod for GB has released.
Head over to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=38421222&postcount=924 for more details.

ACID sound mode never worked for me on any of CM9/10/10.1 ROMs that I've ever tried even though I've followed instructions very carefully. It always either leads to boot loop or crashing sound. For me Beats + Dolby + XLoud by D4rk with Jet Audio Plus in CM7.2 has always worked providing great audio quality -much better than Beats + FX audio widget + ALSA. Best example of CM 7.2 with Beats + Dolby + XLoud by D4rk is NITROGEN unchained ROM. Its super smooth -lag free and a great performer !!!
I am using cm10.1 (legacy xperia rom) in my xperia mini. But the sound quality is very very bad. :crying: I don't have any regret for xLoud. But I need clear audio. Please help me anyone. How will I fix the audio problem? :crying:

Flash stock ROM using flashtool. As simple as that. You will get the stock phone as you got when you unboxed it.
Reflash your custom rom or restore a factory image (ftf) using flashtool, not much other stuff to do.
If you dont want to loose your data, dont wipe factory reset, just wipe cache.

Hey guys, I decided to switch from laggy stock ICS to JB but I need some help. Are there any working ports of xLoud and Clearphase for latest CM 10 release? I want to make my JB experience as like stock rom (as possible). I already managed to get working Xperia launcher and Walkman app but without working sound enhancements. But I as far as I remember I had a JB rom with working xLoud and Clearphase but I cant remember how that rom is called and I've already tried many Walkman and sound settings ports but none of them work properly.

Hi,
I`m using CM10 based rom Racing Speed Edition EOL by Smokerman on my Arc S, working fine with Viper4Android, so I don't miss xLoud and Clearphase and haven't tried to get it working.
There's a workaround for CM10.1 based rom JellyVanilla EX 6.1, you can find it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=44718617&postcount=41
I dunno but maybe this one works on CM10, too?
Cheers!

Thanks for the link, I tried it but xLoud and Clearphase still don't appear in Sound Enhancements
I've also tried this port by Pranav Pandey: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2277418
same results - Sound Enhancements app works but no Clear Phase nor xLoud. Any other solutions?
