I9300.
and my phone got stuck here...
please Help me to over come with such problem. my pc odin is not working i tried many drivers for that. even i tried to re-install kies but there was no change.
thanks,
Milan

Why not try booting into recovery and doing a factory reset?

i tried to put my phone into recovery mode. but it wont work. my phone is keep displaying only the same boot logo... nothing is happening :'(
It sounds like SDS to me, service is your only option.
The good news is that if you cannot get into download mode at service they can't check the binary counter.

1- Switch your phone off.
2- Press Volume Up + Home Button + Power.
3- When on, release power, but keep on Vol Up and Home.
4- Wipe factory settings.
5- Reboot.
6- Enjoy.
But keep informed, rooting your device increases the flash counter, which forces a message of having "custom" firmware, which can void your warranty.

But what do you mean by that "Odin" is not working? Does it recognize the device when connected by showing "COM:**"?

Not sure about that. OP stated he flashed wrong file via Odin. That probably did it.

ok this is shameful as my first post but well what the hey....
I purchased a samsung s2 in november, and tbh I love it to bits. last week in manchester we had a bit of a heatwave and upon getting home I put my phone on charge. after giving it a 30 min charge to sync to my computer I noticed my phone was stuck on the boot screen so I took out the battery and tried again. I did this a total of 11 times, and still stuck on the boot screen. so I went into the recovery settings and tried a soft reset, that did not work, so I did a factory reset in which it came up with could not mount E: I left it like that for an hour before taking it to the local mobile phone shop in denton named U&E connexions as I needed the phone for an emergency. two days later I get a call from the shop saying that there was nothing that they could do and for me to pick up the phone. Upon scouring the net for a solution I came across this forum and proceeded to find out about firmware flashing. so I initiated the download process on my sg2 and noticed the the binary was set to custom and that the download counter was showing the number 4. I found out that my warranty was void if the download counter shows any number, and contacted the shop who responded that there is nothing that they can do. so I purchased a mini usb jig to try and erase the download but to no avail. upon speaking with a couple of friends they said that it could possibly be a corrupt partition due to not being able to flash anything to the phone. Any help or advice would sincerely be appreciated.
I'm not experienced with this , but until some help comes I will share what I've tried .
I once messed with phone when flashing a ROM ,
so I did opened phone in download mode ( it run on download mode I don't know your phone can boot the download mode or not )
then connected to PC , ran odin , marked repartation and choosed a Pit file for my s2 ( by checking this you may wind up with bricked phone but for me it was already not working )
then I tried flashing a stock GingerBread ROM with PDA , PHONE and CSC files . aslo checked phone bootuploader update ( really Don't know why for but I checked it )
and clicked start ,it took its time , then, the mobile was back to life again .
anything you will do is on your responsibility . i just want to share what I did

I think you may check for different versions of Odin ,also be sure that pit file is choosen , and it is the right one and aslo the PDA , as in the link .
ok no luck still.. I'd just like to thank everyone for their help on this issue.
Not sure if you want to try this but perhaps you can try flashing to the original stock rom first?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278
if it boots up you again you can use triangle away to assist resetting the counter to 0.
it seems that my phone has the emmc bug. hence as to the corrupt nand rw permissions. I've tried flashing the stock rom using odin and heimdall and still no luck.
Gonna take my phone to carphone warehouse and tell them that my phone suffered the bug after doing a soft reset followed by factory reset. hopefully they dont notice the odin download count.
well they noticed the download count. is there anyway that I can kill the phone so that it does not show the download count or anything. I might be able to get a replacement that way. :s
Absolutely not. That falls under the "don't get us (XDA) in trouble" rule here.

use USB JIG simple :fingers-crossed:
I've tried the usb jig and it will only allow me to go into download mode, but the emmc bug will not allow me to downgrade the bootloader. or do any firmware flashing other than kernal flash.
hmm.. is you able to go into recovery mode if yes them flash SiyahKernel v3.3.2 and try to do system format if no then try Ultimate Kernel Cleaning Script
good luck :fingers-crossed:
edit and if you abe to go into recovery mode then select download mode from recovery (SiyahKernel) and try to flash rom again :

Recently i tried to install firmware on my Galaxy tab 10.1, but it resulted in a bootloop, and now i am on the samsung screen. I tried to install the firmware with mobil Odin. The firmware i used is P7510XEULPH_P7510XXLPH_HOME.tar. I dont know what to do to get my tab working again, because when i try to boot into the recovery, i get the flicker screen.

Sounds like you soft brick your tab. Looks like your gonna need to whip out the PC and find PC version ODIN even though the screen stuck on flicker it will still connect well at least it did when I soft bricked my SGS 2. Well good luck guy I knw I had a few days of fun when I was trying to fix mine.
Oh ya one more important thing check in your device form in Q & A Chechen sticky always a lot of useful stuff or might even find a quick fix from fellow XDA fanatic like me.

In theory you can switch off the tab and plug it to charge. It should charge as you do not hard brick it. If you can slash your tab via Odin, try to flash it two times, one by one not letting it to boot android and samsung logo after the first flash. After the second flash, reboot and hold the volume - button till you get into stock recovery mode. then wipe data and wipe cash. then reboot again.
Hello everyone!
First of: I'm not sure if this is the right section, if not move.
Second of: thanks for the help you give, hope you can help me too.
I got a problem with my S3.
I was running Cyano10 Nighty (not the last one, i just update once a week) and in the last days my phone started to reboot randomly once in a while.
Today my phone start to reboot again, but it get stucked at the SG3 logo. I coudn't turn it off so i unpluged the battery. I tryed to reboot it again and nothing heppened, still stucked at the logo.
I tryed to run into CWM and then apply a recovery but I wasn't able to go into CWM. I can only make the phone run into Download mode.
I tryed to run Odin and apply some random firmware just to see if it woud work but when i plug in my S3 in donwload mode odin couldn't see it (and the whole Pc couldn't see it too).
I tryed to install kies first to get the driver, it didn't work.
I installed the S3 Toolkit and then installed the driver from here, it didn't worked.
so i'm asking: What can i do? I don't know if the phone must be functional while trying to install the drivers. Whereas i can find another S3 and finish the driver's installation, but then will Odin work?
Any suggestion is appreciate, Thanks for the help!
EDIT: I've noticed that when i put the phone on charge on screen appear a stuck battery logo, it doesn't get green and the grey spin doesn't spin.
Also in donwload mode i read this: (not sure if this can help)
Product name:
Custom binary download: No
Current binary: Samsung official
System status: Custom
Does this mean 100% no warranty?

I've seen Product name being empty before... I think it was something to do with a bad flash.
And, I'm assuming you used TA... but there's probably no warranty seeing the product name is wiped and it's "custom".

What do you mean with TA?
I've flashed the CM10Nighty trought CWM, but i was using it since a long time.
The phone was correctly working and then i found it stucked on logo. No flash between the "working phase" and the "stucked on logo phase".
It was working and then stuck, but i didn't do nothing in between.

What happens when you try to boot into CWM?
Looks like you may have a corrupted NAND and need a new motherboard.
Only way to know, is if you try to flash it in Odin you'll get a PIT error.
If that's the case, then they should fix it under warranty

As I have frequently done without issues, I was flashing a ROM and got stuck into some sort of bootloop.
Here are some details..
I was on a 4.4.2 KitKat ROM (Gummy Nightly) and decided to try out SlimKat 4.4.2. I wiped (advanced wiped System, Data, Cache and Dalvik Cache). I proceeded to flash the ROM and then the gapps file. Nothing out of the ordinary.. I rebooted and noticed I was at the samsung custom screen for a little longer than normal.. I didn't begin to worry too much because sometimes this screen can appear for a little bit before continuing when first booting into a fresh ROM install. Well.. quite some time passed and it became apparent that it wasn't going to go any further, I restarted the phone and consistently got stuck. I tried booting into TWRP and couldn't/can't get past the TWRP Blue Loading screen. I tried letting it sit for a long ass time (1 hour +) and same with regular rebooting at the Samsung Custom screen (1-2 hours +) with no luck or change.
I have a backup but can't get to it obviously. I'm quite frustrated and am confused/worried about attempting any drastic measures because all of the different phone versions/bootloader discussions/issues. I don't want to mess up the phone by bricking it or something when trying to flash the wrong file. I believe that right now the only thing I can do, if anything, is connecting my phone to my computer via a usb cable and running that ODIN program? I'd be inexplicably grateful and appreciative if someone can just give me some steps/instructions so that I can get my phone back up and running. I'm without a phone right now and am stressed out, so I'm hoping that I haven't made too many people upset with me if there's already somewhere this is answered. I searched but can't find someone with the exact variables my situation contains.
To Recap:
Phone will not progress past samsung custom warning screen as well as TWRP Blue Logo screen no matter how much time passes (Have let sit at either screen for hours)
Was flashing SlimKat nightly (the most recent two days ago) coming from Gummy nightly (1-12, I believe).
The samsung custom screen comes up and then the phone reboots 2 seconds later and comes up again etc..
I never had to use 'safestrap' or whatever. When I got my s4, I was able to avoid the update and was always able to flash ROMs without any worry or concerns.
Please XDA, Help me out here.. I'm completely stressed and worried and don't know where to go from here.. What files to I manually push from my computer.. I don't see how I can solve this without a computer because recovery wont load and ROM won't either

Hey I am having the same problem after trying to flash the latest version of hyperdrive, and my phone got stuck on the Samsung custom screen and I'm not able to get back into recovery even. I saw what you said and plugged my phone into my pc to see if odin could see it, but odin didn't recognize it and I even tried on Kies and it wasnt able to connect to my device either. Is there anything else I can do? or any solution?
If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!
This happened to me several times when i was using Gummy a few weeks back. I just kept doing battery pulls and restarting and was eventually able to get into TWRP. Try this some more and then odin.....
I have been trying to get it working with your advice of battery pulls but no luck. I have downloaded ODIN and installed and also downloaded the two tar files (the kernel and pre-source kernels). I *think* it's good news that ODIN/computer DOES see/recognize that my s4 is connected and disconnected. The issue I'm having is that when flashing the kernel, it does the first green bar and says PASS but the phone restarts and enters the bootloop (it restarts right into the Samsung Custom screen and will stay for a minute and restart again and again)..
I feel like I'm so close but so far away... I know that there's someone reading this that may have the solution or advice to help me get on my way.
I'm still without a phone and I know that there is certainly no one else to blame for my situation then myself but regardless, I would like to see this problem solved! I have a backup on my external sd and there's obviously no way to get to it since my phone won't actually let me into the recovery. The blue TWRP screen just hangs...
Please HELP!!! what can I do????

Just picked up an mdk s4 which was doing the same thing. I odin back to stock and booted into the phone to make sure everything was good. Then I went back into odin and flashed the md2 pre release kernel then booted again into stock and proceeded to use motochopper.
You shouod have 3 files. The mdk tar file and the two kernel files. Worked like a charm for me you sure you're doing the steps correctly?

You don't have to to finger Olympics on s4 like other devices... Just vol up and power
Hello,
I've purchased a Galaxy Tab S6 (SM-T865N) International version, mainly to use it with with 4G in US on Xfinity Mobile. I received the tablet, inserted the SIM card and it was working 'relatively' on the network. Every now & then I would get a message 'failed to register to network', but for the most part, mobile data is working.
Since it is a Korea version, certain things don't work. Nothing major, but I would like to make it perfect. Certain User update posts in the Galaxy store display in Korean Language, and the weather app is slightly limited, with the error 'not available outside of Korea'.
I did some searching and found other firmware available for this exact model on Sammobile. My country (US) is not supported, but I would like to try the UK firmware, if nothing else, to fix some of the language issues. I downloaded the UK firmware package and Odin (3.13 & 3.14.1). I installed the Samsung drivers. I booted the tablet into recovery by holding 'power & volume up' then connected it to the computer. Odin WILL NOT found the tablet. I rebooted into the normal OS and connected it and Odin then found it, but obviously that doesn't work. I can not get Odin to connect while in recovery.
Does anyone have suggestions on what might be happening?
And maybe all this effort isn't worth it either, hard telling whether it'll work better or worse with the UK firmware on it. Any tips?
It's been several years since I did this sort of thing, so I'm a little rusty. I thought this would be a simple procedure.
it sounds to me like you are not putting it into download / Odin mode, but I could be wrong. I haven't tried to use Odin on this tablet yet, but was actually about to do this same thing as well, as my device has an origin CSC of singapore, and hasn't had an official update in almost 2 months, so I was going to flash the UK version as well.
---------- Post added at 07:58 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:51 PM ----------
So I just tested it on my tablet, here is what you need to do:
Power off the device
Press and hold the Volume up button and then press and hold the power button
When you see the initial boot screen, release the power button, but keep holding volume button
When you get to the recovery screen, you need to use the volume up / down buttons to highlight the option that has "bootloader" in the title, and press the power button to select it.
Then you should see a screen that says "Download" or something like that.
Plug in USB, and Odin should see the device.
Yeah, you're booting into recovery, you need to boot into Download mode - Hold both volume up and down whilst inserting the USB-C cable to enter Download mode.
Your correct

Did you able to flash that firmware on your tablet?
IF you mean did I succeed in flashing it through Odin then yes BUT unfortunately I couldn't get it to reboot correctly & it takes a lot of time trying to reboot but still no luck. So, I took it to a repair shop & they told me it needs new motherboard !! How can this be even possible IF I still can get it to connect to Odin and download the firmware successfully BUT no luck in getting it to reboot correctly!!

Have you tried reflashing the old firmware of your country? Weird that its not working.
I did try that and managed to flash it successfully to the old firmware using Odin but unfortunately I still couldn't get it past a full reboot as it got stuck after a long time and it takes me to the Android System Recovery screen wherein also tried to 'wipe cache partition.’ and try reboot again but I still end up with the recovery screen!

Can't you put in a warranty claim ? Here where i am based i had a new battery, and new screen installed from samsung! this was a Galaxy S8+ was well over 2 years old they did it for free! New screen and new battery! My Note 9 is going this monday for a new battery my Tab S6 works flawlessly so don't need to send that in! but i'm sure if you ring up Samsung they will replace the motherboard for free as it's not even 12 months old!
