Is it possible to tether on this phone while connected to wifi? In the roms I have tried you cannot. My old Nexus 4 could.

Unfortunately, Samsung did not include SVDO with this phone. I think the last phone it was offered on was the Galaxy S3

It's the same semi-shady stuff they did having phones show 3g whether it was on 3g or 1x.
