this thing screwed it so seriously that my phone now hanged on boot screen just shows SUPERFONE A101

then removed CWM RECOVERY (thought if i will go to service center)

Flashing a firmware will wipe all data in internal and also system partitions and clean install your rom

nothings friendly happening
i gave it to the guys at MMX service....... its been today...... they are not able to make it.....
givin reason that it goes to same old condition after a restart......

Hi bishu any luck with your A101
Correct me if I am wrong but you started facing issues after you flashed the JB rom
Also I dont see anywhere the rom you flashed was meant for A101.
you can try this for firmware

As our phone dose not rely on any specific driver situation like Sumsung or HTC phones. That is because of the SoC MediaTek chipset.. Thats Awesome.. Now let me rescue you..

Like I tried all these different ROMs on xperia x10 mini pro u20i, upgraded it to JB 4.1.2, and its working fine, and all these were possible because of Sony's PC Companion that helped me to get my phone out of boot loops an all, now since I don't have that kinda apps for Micromax's A101 (not even in there official site) is there any other way where I can bring the fone back to its factory settings if anything goes wrong while custom rom installation or upgradation from ICS 4.0.4 to JB 4.2 or 4.3. (I already have those drivers and tools for A101 that was there mentioned though.However I never got those driver files in the phone when I bought it though)
If yes please let me know bout a- the best kernel for A101
b- JB 4.2 or 4.3 (preferably) ROM plus and GAPPS required
c- The stock kernel or some application like Sony has update service app for sony phones(u knw just in case..)

How to root micromax A101
I have rooted n number of phones and this phone does not root.
The micromax A101 has android 4.0.4 version. So when go to settings>about> and tap build number a multiple times
the developer mode does not enable.
This sucks.

thats only one prob in rooting
u have to download this app
PDA NET+
there in go to setting inside it..... it will ask for developer blaah blaah, then click something(yu will figure it out)
and somehow from heaven u will c developer mode,
activate it.................THATS IT
done

Believe me! Nothing is wrong with your device! Just flash the stock ROM back and that's it...
Kitkat Rom for micromax
I have finally rooted my phone and i can't find kitkat rom for micromax a101.
One website says it has the rom
but when try downloading it, the website asks to complete the survey
after completing the survey nothing happens and no file is downloaded.
If anyone has the kitkat rom please upload it on media fire. I urgently need it.

I root my karbonn a1 plus . And i am think to make my gb device work like ics . But i make a mistake i paste the ics frimeware on my device of my friend's experia tipo . after coping my phone start immediatly and it restart again and again when i start it in recovery mode it open properly but it can't open any thing i tried it many time's . in recovery mode my vol button works but power button not working only in recovery mode . i am thinking to flash a new firmware with odin with my pc . i search a lot but i am not get firmware any on any sit . i am not know that how to use odin . please help me

search google for carbonn a1+ flasher and flash file check out for h/w version on your box for flash file

I think i'm in huge trouble here.
last night i tried to port a rom through dsixda kitchen, followed every instruction correctly.
then flashed that rom on my canvasHD, it didn't work.
so i restored my backup through CWM, the phone started but there was no imei & it was also stating unknown baseband.

after formating it showed the window with the green ring, but after that when i clicked on download it did not detect my phone,
and now it's not even powering up.
is there anything that can be done to bring my canvas hd back to life.
now is the time when i really need your help, plz tell me what i should do .

Are the drivers installed properly on your PC?
I would recommend uninstalling it and than installing it again.
I faced a problem when it was not detecting my CHD too and when I checked the device manager the drivers were gone.

Give this a try
Dont worry just Carry on with SP flashtool way , it neither requires your battery to be in , neither your mobile to be on while flashing . take a latest version of canvas HD 4.2.1 official release , and brush it the way provided in flashing tutorial .

Is your phone booting? When you say black screen, does it not boot at all?

Yes this ^^.. If you don't have a recovery, then his second option is correct.. The problem though, if you can not get adb access..

You need to search the forums to try to find your SystemUI.apk that someone maybe extracted for other purposes... If there are none posted..Then maybe ask someone that has one, that is rooted and they can pull the apk.. Do you have a way of flashing a new firmware.. I did a quick search and saw THESE but not sure if this is your device

I think its because of wrong scatter file try downloading ur rom from other site may help u

why r u installing canvas 2 roms on canvas HD?....NEVER flash roms made for other phones without porting it

most probably u have bricked ur device by flashing a wrong firmware... All u can do is check if the PC is detecting ur phone...but first make sure u have the proper drivers installed...mobistel cynus T1 drivers...

just do What I told u...thats is the only way to check if the phone can be recovered..install the drivers ...take out battery , sim card from ur phone and connect it to ur pc..if its detected then u r saved..

there will be 2 xxx.inf files ,right click on both xxx.inf and click install, install it one by one
drivers will be installed....this worked for me when Mobistel_Cynus_T1_Drivers didnt work...

drivers will be installed....this worked for me when Mobistel_Cynus_T1_Drivers didnt work...

SP flash tool: https://www.adrive.com/public/pKwp3X/SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1304.0.119.rar
and flash the stock rom according to 1st link...

if the device gets detected then the cost will not be greater than 300.
