Do you have the ftf of it?
If yes use the ftf to zip tool by abhinav2.

Stock roms are not deodexed. If you want a deodexed rom install a custom rom mate
U can deodex any Rom(i think) by using a guide found somewhere on xda. Just search for deodex guide

No. To go to JB from GB, You have to flash 2 things:
1.ICS Baseband
(How.to flash Baseband only: While you select which ftf to flash in flashmode, select exclude system in right box & click OK)
2. JB Kernel
Then just flash the zip with the usual way. You're on JB from GB!
Cheers!

Thanks all... I'm successfully to install JB 4.1.2 om Neo V
I just flashed the JB kernel and then installed JB rom via CWM
Too easy....
