That's the solution(tested workin in .587 and .13 firmware)it should works on all HDPI 2011 xperia lineup(Ray,Arc,Arc-s,Neo)

..no it isn't,document is an high-contrast "scene"..MACRO is a focus mode.

OMG! Is this fixes the ICS Camera bugs? Does it fix the wrong thumbnail bug? Does the 720p Video recording doesn't lag? I hope the bugs are fix like the thumbnail. If it does, then I will go back to ICS! Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

This is a port from the ARC S based on the Official Sony ICS Beta
Kernel is working on [email protected] by default. Use SetCPU or CPU Master if you want to change it.
You can use Inteks and Night-Elf kernels for ICS too.
Works: Everything
Known issues:
- you can find some freezes if you use SmartAss or SmartAss2. Use Ondemand Governor
- Neo users may find too much green on the photo. I can't find right fix for that. I have one with correct photo, but flash doesn't work on it. (Fixed with camera fix)

Camera fix: (Everything works fine now)
NEO V only: camera fix for NEO V
NEO only: Install camera fix for NEO V 1st and only then install Camera fix for NEO (it's important)
How to install:
- Bootloader must be unlocked.
- Phone with .62 FW on it.
- Copy .zip with ROM to your SD-card
- Copy .zip camra fix if you use NEO V
- Unzip boot.img file from the ROM to the any folder on your HDD and flash boot with fastboot.exe or FlashTool
- reboot and enter to CWM
- Make all wipes (wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache)
- Install ROM via Install zip from SD-card command.
- Install fix camera for NEO V if you need the same way
- Reboot.

Try to disable windows animation. Check that you use ondemand governor for your CPU
Fix for camera will be shortly in a first post.
lag persist I uses 245-1305mhz and ondemand for governor and off the shadow icons in display restarted and lag is still there...can ask the auto sort in folders are gone? how can I sort icon w/in folders thanx for the rom by the way I fixed the camera

I don't have any lags, but I can offer to you a superchargeV6 script to fix that. I think...
i cant receive a call but i can make a call...does anybody face the same problem?
i dont hv problem like this with other rom....somebody pls..i really like this rom.

Try to reinstall it with full wipe. I didn't hear about issues like that.

i dont know man...every time i flash rom,i did full wipe,format system,sd-ext,cache...sometime can receive call..but most of all cannot....is it related to some kernel?..i used inteks ics rc2 without zram....i'm gonna test it for couple of days....to see if my telco had a problem...
edit:sorry not inteks but night-elf ics rc2 without zram

Testers are needed to make sure that video recordingin ICS works without any problems. It works fine for me. This patch is not developed by me. All credits go to rapmv78. His patch is in the link. I think tat video recording is not available in roms available in x10 forum. So flash this fix and let me know.
If any one is unable to download from server, u can have the link.
All credits go to rapmv78 only.

Its almost workin on FXP129. Recording starts and shows recording time but saving a file causes hanging and few times wload. Files cannot be opened neither on phone and PC.

Here it doesnt cause WLOD but becomes quite unresponsive. FXP129 has zdzihu's fix right??

Dont understand what r u talking about. In first post u wrote that it works fine for u (so it means for me that it creates video files) n now u write its quite unresponsive.
So is it workin?
If so let us know what kernel and what rom do u use?

this patch doesn't add anything new to z's camera fix. doesn't matter if you apply the patch before or after z's fix.

On z's fix I couldnt start recording after this patch its starting (also Elixir now shows Camcorder properties before it caused WLOD) but recorded files cant be played
What a crock of ****!!! Just tested this, i should have known better! , and it's not working! DUH!!! :silly: X10 has no HWA!!! Thanx for nothing!!!

may be flashing libs from other JB rom will work for you..
try using other kernel(like panic) that may work
Hi all, i have moded the stock ICS Camera for xperia u to record higher quality video/audio.
The stock camera captures 12MBps video & 128 Kbps audio.
The moded camera captures 17.5 MBps video & 224 Kbps audio.
The resulted audio/video is great AND.. for a ~5 minutes recording it takes ~600MB , so its not for everyone

Put the zip on sd-card, boot in to cwm, wipe cache partition, wipe dalvik cache, install the zip, reboot, go to Setting>Apps>All and clear data and force stop for the "Camera", DONE!
I have uploaded the stock camera so that you can revert again(the same way) if you don't like need it..

It is working well on UHD 3.0.2 (ICS) expect some thing..

Hi,
on my Arc (LR15i) running moProject V3 (CM 10.1) it hangs at times.
what is especially weird is that the screen is completely black when taking a picture... but the same pic comes clearly in the gallery!
i'Ve simply installed as an apk. Initially it did not allow me to install.... so i just renamed gallery2.apk and then this installed fine.
anyone else had this weird problem?
EDIT: Noticed that it has installed as a downloaded app instead of as a system app. could that be the reason for the black screen when taking a picture?

Using this apk with other phones you can choose photosphere pictures, but we don't have this option. Can do we something to make it run?

Sadly we never can use photosphere because we don't have G sensor in our phones....
