Yes... you're right.. getting the CWM is going to be far tougher...

Please provide me the recovery image/ rom for zen ultrafone because i loss my rom due to EZ-unlocker. I am not able to boot my zen 701hd.

Its already unlocked anyway. You dont have to unlock Indian phones man.
Looks like you've corrupted the boot loader and bricked your phone.
Did you try entering recovery mode?
There is no CWM for this model yet so you are not going to get the stock ROM easily. Did you try using the warranty?
See the the forum on how to unbrick the 6589 phone.......and hope for the best....

I had already submit my phone to service center but now its 22 days passed and i don't received my phone. Yesterday the said that they are changing the circuit board of my phone and i will received my phone near about 30th of this month. But i am not sure about that because the are saying me this thing from last 3 weeks. I need your help can you please provide me the rom image for zen 701hd for future which can be made with the help of droid tool 2.4.6. I am attaching a tutorial file for your help that i was found on net.

Canvas 4 stock rom is better.. but Zen 701HD stock rom is far better then that of A116 HD

facing battery problem after rooting canvas hd
guys i am using canvas hd for the past 1 month.. recently i rooted it.. rooting was successful since i followed xda root method. But since rooting i am facing a serious battery performance issue... earlier before rooting i could use my for continuously at a stretch of 7 hours but now the battery goes down in 4 hours itself.. has rooting got to do anything with it?? also i have not installed any root requiring apps yet on my phone... my usage is same as it was before rooting.. kindly help...

No. Rooting has nothing to do with it. root just unlocks the phone and lets you access/modify the system files. Root itself does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Hi,
Earlier I was not able to root by this method. But now cracked it using the same method. I was not able to make my phone getting detected in SP Flash tools.
It needs you to give run as admin even though you are logged In as admin. Anyway got it rooted. Thanks a lot for the response.....

Just run the flash tool as administrator, did the job for me. Earlier was facing the same issue. Just follow the video as it is you should be able to root it.

Solution: SP FLASH TOOL ERROR: ( 8200 )
For those who are facing issues with the SP Flash Tool error, where in your Phone is recognized by the Flash tool but towards the end it shows incompatibility, all you need to do is uodate to the latest SP Flash tool - SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1248.0.96. Hit thanks if this helped

Just update to the recent version of SP Flash Tools. I had faced the same issue, updating the Flash Tool did the trick for me

Check IMEI numbers under About Phone Information. If IMEI are showing as "unknown" then it is serious problem.
There is IMEI repair thread also, but it did not work for my friend. May be it will work for you. My friend had to send phone to Service Center.
Not me, but experts here say that is not safe to use Clockworkmod (CWM) which give weird problem and they advised to use "TWRP".

I dedicated my whole work into canvas while rooting...! I followed every simple step u said.... Drivers installed.... su. Bin n super users r transfered to the internal memory... Runned sp flash tool as an administrator..... Everything as u said.. N also debugging mode was also switched on..! I connected the mob without the battery... N started Using flashing tool I did the process as u said..! But after all these also my phone not getting rooted... It's not even detected..! So I used that alternated file u said too download from tt something called gogl/ something like this... Even that isn't working... N after this unsuccessful thing.. Now my apps r crashing.!.... Plz suggest me wat. To do...! Plz Plz Plz n my mob is brand new..! - micromax canvas Hd.

Is it for A116 or A116i?
i found a firmware on moulnisky which was actually meant for A116i but it works good on A116 too. It just changed my device model to A116i. A116i is just a newer version of canvas hd with magnetometer/compass. i just wanna know if there is firmware separate for A116.
EDIT: ohh, i didn't notice that yours is the same link from moulnisky too

yup. the new model has a compass. that's the only difference between the two models. the price is also the same as original model

I dont know how much it helps but as it is from Manufacturer so I am gonna blindly flash it this weekend. May be it give some improved performance or not. If we dont flash it and test it and post feedback, then who will?
SPTOOL Flashed along with TWRP. Perfectly in all sense. Looks more responsive touch, or may be its my illusion. In Apps Manager, the scroll was flying fast on very light touch scrolling.
More review after a days use, with GREENIFY.

Really? And I thought its only me and I am fooling myself. Thanks for confirming the improvement in touch sensitivity in this stock than previous stock. Stock Launcher is really very smooth now. BTW I like and use NOVA LAUNCHER FREE and it simply so fluid and fast.

Well you were quick. Even i created the flashable stock rom. Today i was uploading it but then i saw ur post DAMN!!! you already released it my work was of no use now but then i modified it for personal use. You did good work :good:

Dont mind. I had something different in mind, I posted CWM and as well as SPTOOLs with Flash_Tool and TWRP Recovery with separate link.
We all have to be happy as my thread gives all possible ways of A116i rom, useful to all in various way, now and later.

i flashed this firmware days before you created this thread and i know it's for A116i. My query was whether there's a separate firmware for A116 or not? Although this firmware works perfectly on the older models, i'm sure mmx wouldn't want to mix the older models with the new ones by renaming the older devices as A116i. Also I don't find any difference between the stock A116 firmware and this A116i firmware other than Compass support. Do you have the changelog?

all are waiting for 4.4 but here in Pakistan, Noir a600 users really need stock rom which was not available here on the internet.
this rom is specially for stock rom users.

Good job pal. Good thing you documented Qmobile A600 rom in time before people get mad for roms if not found here.. Good job also, that you Deodexed it.
It is good to keep roms of all clones of A116 in one place for future reference. Now all Qmobile users can take advantage of this rom post. Well done. :good: +1

Actually the icons are very nice its better than our stock rom but the only prob is ..its 4.1 can u port 4.2 rom like these then it will be popular ..i appreiciate u r work thnx for sharing these next upcoming dev of chd forum

Dont worry, we have many clones and best stock roms. Just a tip for all. The 4.2.1 stock of A919i will be best for A600 and you can use it directly for MAGNETIC COMPASS to work on A600.
You can recommend that to all A600 users in your OP.

Yes of course, All my stock roms are always available for base roms. :highfive: No need for permission. Only expect a small visible credit at end with mention of which rom. Many people have already used it and they are doing good.

Hello there! good to see A600 stock ROM over here. I am looking forward to buy qmobile A600. I know that all those ROMS which are made for A116 can easily run on A116 and sometimes needed to apply baseband patch! the thing i wanted to cnfrm here is that Custom kerenl like Blaze and Kashkernel are compatible with A600??? if I flash them after any ROM of A116???? I was messing around with my phone and wanted the modded playstore but it didnt really work out and my google apps got messed up. So i tried flashing gapps but that didnt fix it. So I had figured that now I had to flash a rom for the first time xD

How to install CWM on device
1. Install mobile uncle tool on your device From Here
2. put cwm on sdcard[ rename file to recovery]
3. open mobile uncle
4. click recovery update
5. select cwm
6. reboot

place recovery in internal then select recovery update.

i'm having a hard time finding any custom recovery for micromax doodle 4 , my friend messed up the rooted device badly not booting not even after deleting cache and hard reset .Its stuck at boot animation and stock recovery is useless .So my question is how to flash it with stock or custom rom ,i need cwm right ? but i cant find it for this phone and even if i find cwm how can i flash it cause micromax doesn't have odin mode like samsung and as i said phone stuck at boot animation .Thanks for reading and thanks in advance.
download the stock firmware and try flashing it with the sp flashtools.

With kingroot latest version u can root ur doodle 4
Does anyone knows how to turn data auto off when screen goes off. Not finding any solution as all auto data disable apps are not working with andriod 5.0
