heyy so i recently got the s3 GT-I9300 (international version) and rooted it and flashed siyah kernel on it.. i removed the battery(without turnin off the fone) for some reason and when i inserted it back the phone just keeps restartin showin the samsung logo n model number and then kernel logo...if i conect it to a power supply it restarts for a while and then shuts off.. i did a back up usin CWM recovery(after the issue strtd) and tried restoring but dint work.. also tried re-rooting(as it solved a similar prob earlier)... the factory reset works but i cant afford to lose all my data i had :|..can someone help me out please.. thanks in advance..
You corrupted your rom. Super wipe and reflash, you will lose all your data.
ooh damn..how do i do a super wipe?..i guess thts athe onli solution i hav coz even after doin the factory wipe my fone is as good as new but the memory is all used up with jus 1 gig remainin.. :/..

Recently my brother flashed a new rom over his current one without wiping data, and as it turned out, he bricked his phone. So i tried helping him by flashing through kdz but it consistently came up with the error wparam 100 lparam 1002. We tried a few times before giving up leaving it as it is. however now when i plug his phone into the computer or try to turn it on theres no respond. and it cant be turned on either. what is the problem? O: can anyone help
Did you remove the battery? If yes, then your phone is hard bricked and only LG can help you

do you had installed recovery (cmw or anything) on your device??
if yes try to charging your phone 5-10 minutes(if your phone only got blacklight after logo dissapear just ignore it n wait)
now try to plug on usb to your PC then try to turn on n go to recovery mode (press n hold home+vol down 4 sec when logo appear )...
try to mount storage, then in your pc put another rom(download a new stable rom) to your sd, unmount and wipe data n cache...
after that. now go to "instal zip from sd", n instal you new rom
wait until installation complete and then reboot..

Oh man.. why did u use kdz????
Nd if rom flashing via recovery fails...isnt the recovery still available?...
Therewhere many ways u cud hvegot ur fone wrking.. but now ..
Using kdz is the last chnce according to me...nd i think u know this..u can flash only stock roms with kdz or lgmdp....if u hd tried customroms tht cud brick ur fone....
Anyway nw thing u cn do is try to gt it in emergency mode again...its hard,i know...
if theres warranty try approaching servicecentre nd say u gt this while updating via lgofficial update tool....

i have make a misstake with my Galaxy S2 (i9100) this is already rooted , and the CFW is JB 2.5 , i have download the 2.7 and do a factory reset /wipe reset , when the phone has rebooted , he will not start , nothing , i have try volume down home and power also .. is dead
Any Idea ?

Firstly, wtf is JB 2.7??
If you cant power on your device try using USB Jig. If that doesnt work then its flucked and needs a new motherboard.
What exactly is a JB 2.5?

After this i have restart , and nothink happend after this ..
i have buy the Jig USB , and try (this morning) nothing .. the S2 don't start anything ..
what i can do after this ? the Emergency start don't work , jig usb don't work .. i'm totaly lost

If the phone won't boot, and you have no download mode or recovery, the phone's Donald. There's no pixie dust that's going to magically fix it.
Service centre & hope they either don't notice or don't care you've been messing with the phone so they fix it under warranty (and they're quite entitled to charge you for it given you borked the phone), or it may be JTAG'able which will probably be cheaper than Samsung/authorised repairer fixing it if they do decide to charge you for the repair.
Maybe you didnt check your battery level when flashing and it sucked all your juice... try charging your phone
Edit: Where the hell does it say to use odin to flash RR Rom...

hey people.. i was on shostock3.. i wanted to try out 4.0.4 so i thought it wwould be a good idea to downgrade to 4.0.3.. so i did using creepys link.. i flashed it from odin.. it even showed me success... but it never switched on... so i went into recovery and tried installing Shostock3 again... it got stuck.. so i removed the battery.. and now.. my phone just shows me samsung galaxy s2 and its stuck.. it doesnt even connect into my laptop... but it is going into recovery... please tell me what to do.. i booted into revoery and re tried it showed me installation failed... and also i m using this phone in india... bought it from the usa.. will i have to send it back?!

but as a matter of fact my imei num still display and with out sim card it can boot but have to connect the charger cable otherwise only boot screen and then auto switched off.. with sim sometimes boot with charger but no sim detect.. i have tried hard reset wipe cache and install firmfear again.

What do u mean u cant install any sim?? are u saying that its not e1 detecting the sim card??? Or is it giving u any errors??

I9100XWLST_I9100ODDLSE_I9100DDLS9_HOME.tar.md5 this is the firmware file which i install with odin.. i again install it to check with wipe data and factory reset but nothing change.....
If some expert friends..if you are not too busy can u please find me a modem..that is the last option i have to do..help me friends..thank you
My samsung phone(s duos 2 7582) storage is full.I had to turn it off now it doesnt restart.shows the samsung logo only.I won't reset as i didnt backup many files...the wipe cache isnt working.the odin mode downloading too didnt work.
*But there is a way where you can clean inner one of the apps space naming it (exmple-cclean) then it can restart...Does anyone know how to do it? One of my frnd did it somehow using pc but now can't... I have no idea how its done..please if anyone knows what i am saying..please help..i dont wanna reset...i need it to start. :'(
