Hello, guys!
I could not found another thread about my specific problem here.
So, I'm sorry if there's one already...
I have installed CyanogenMod 10.1 (JB 4.2.2) Nightly on my XT910.
All good.
When I installed back "BootMenu Manager", it said that my bootloader was not hijacked.
So, I do hijacked the bootloader and rebooted the phone.
And here my problem begins.
My bootloader is bricked!!
I could not found a way to hijack it again.
It is booting directly to Fastboot and waiting for a valid flash.
I was looking for some custom ClockWorkMod img recovery files, but I'm not lucky at all.
Please, is there a way to unbrick my phone?
Thank you very much
You can always flash fastboot files to get back to stock which you can find in the dev section ( flash with rsd lite )
But be sure to flash correct fastboot!! If you were on ics flash ics fastboot, if you were on jb flash jb fastboot
Do you know which system version you had previous to flashing 4.2.2 ?

Hi!!
My previous version was 4.0.4.
The version 4.2.2 worked perfectly before I try to manualy update BMM 0.2.7 to 0.3.4.
A friend recomended me to try the oficial rom from Motorola (version 4.1.2).
It replaces the bootloader, the kernel and the system itself.
Now it's working perfectly, but I lost root =(
Anyway, thank you very much for the help!!!
I'll be carefull next time

Rds Lite with the sbf files from here:

If you whant there is an update for tht version with shoul improove battery life and the radio
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1755764
The instruction to isntall the second update are in the first post
I forgot, if you install from rds lite maybe you need to wipe data/cache to make it work. So if you don't want to do it (but i suggest you to do it and make a backup with titanium, so the system will be clean) you have to update from the ota files
Thanks for the reply - Will give this a go when I get home later on!
How do I get RSD to pick up the downloaded zip.. What do I use to extract it?

You have to unzip it, then with rds lite you have to select the xml file that is inside the sbf files
Managed it- upgraded to rsd 5.7 and it picked it straight up

Motorola xt910 Stuck in fastboot mode
Hi guys,
I have a motorola xt910 verizon that a friend of mine gave it to me, and its stuck in the fastboot mode it was running a 651.167.22.XT910.Retail.en.fr, when I tried to flash another rom via rsd it failed, and I also tried vi flashme.bat but it failed again.
So, I was trying to flash a ics rom, I was told that first I had to flash the 651.167.26.XT910.Retail.en.fr version.
Does anyone can help me find that 651.167.26.XT910.Retail.en.fr version to flash it via rsd?

Is step 3 (Wipe data/cache (factory reset)) absolutely required when updating from .28 rooted ROM for unlocked devices?
Stock ASUS update doesn't require wipe when you update from the older ASUS ROM.
Will this work without wipe if I'm updating from rooted 9.4.2.28 ROM?
Do we get to choose not to install bootloader and recovery during install for us that already have both the jb bootloader and jb recovery?

Thanx man, appreciate it
Downloaded your latest JB for people already with new bootloader and TWRP but it failed to flash.
Can you send me recovery.log?
10x !!!!!!!!!!!
The md5 is fine but it just would not start got failed at the very beginning, I dont know if a recovery log is possible since it never recovered from anything.
Edit: Should have added I was on Craigacgomez US JB with TWRP.
Edit 2: Runing a log, should be ready in a few.
Edit 3: Sent!
Just for the record: I have a CM10 preview rom with CWM 5.8.3.4 currently on my Prime. Am I able to just wipe and flash this like any normal rom? I was told I'd have to revert back to stock ICS before flashing the new release or it might brick.

Hello i am on android 4.0.3 WSG Rom. Am i able to flash this rom?

Ok the WW for JB bootloader and TWRP worked perfectly my earlier problem was I had TWRP 2.2.2.0 installed for some weird reason once on TWRP 21 it flash no problem. In my case I had to also reflash Superuser 3.2
Thanks for this Rom. Just a question. I have a US TF201 rooted and unlocked. All I am hoping to do is to install stock JB. Can I install this Rom or no? The only other Rom is see that is stock is the one that says JRO03C and that one is for US... But I don't know if it's completely based on the official release for the TF201. Thought it was based off of the update for the 300 or something. I appreciate the help

I installed it and it work great, got the buildprop tweak done and browser2ram install, have no complaint, its very smooth and fast, I don't see any reason so far to OC and my Prime is one of the first BC0, still running strong
Thanks for this. Any chance of an odex version too for boot speed?

Install Boot Menu Manager in PlayStore Here. You can boot without bp tools after installing the recovery. The fastboot files are for stock roms only. So you will have to download the rom and gapps and flash it in the recovery

What do you mean by stock jelly bean? The official jelly bean update has released. Or do you mean by stock android? You can install Cyanogennod 10.1 . You can find lots of roms in the development section.

Hi devs,
I had KitKat from here: (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2535920) installed in stock slot using Safestrap 3.71. Unfortunately I accidentally uninstalled the recovery from Safestrap and now the phone won't start up. Flashing from stock recovery fails. What are my options experts? How can I revive my phone? Kindly link me to resources and guide me through this. I'm lost.
Thanks & Regards,

Is it possible to flash back to ICS from 4.4 over the stock slot? Do I need to flash using Fastboot or SBF? Does it have to be stock, 'coz I'm not sure if I'll even find a fastboot for a 4.4 stock.
Could you detail a bit on exactly which version of android should I flash with? That'd be of great help..
Thanks.

No, you can't go back to ICS. Your firmware flash will be official OEM Motorola firmware, so it will be Jelly Bean and why RSD lite is required. You will need the correct firmware for your region or carrier, or it won't complete the flash. read/watch tutorials first if you haven't used RSD before. Your 4.4 was a custom ROM. So there aren't any firmware flashes for it. After you have flashed with RSD and the firmware you will be bonestock, unrooted JB. From there root again, reinstall your recovery etc. etc.
Hit thanks if I helped.

Hi Draxin,
Thank you for the suggestion. About the OEM firmware, mine's an Asia Retail version of Razr. We never had an official firmware beyond ICS. So what do you suggest? Will deleting the CID and then flashing with a JB EU work?

If you didn't delete the CID to swap firmwares before to get CM11, I wouldn't start now. Most xt910 firmwares now are JB, and once you are on the motorola JB kernel you can't go back to ICS, which was why I said that. If you weren't on a official JB before then that doesn't apply to you.
I would flash the official Firmware for your device, and yes you will have to put your device into apfastboot for RSD lite.

Thanks Draxin. I'll try and let know.
I was able to RSD with EU Retail JB rom. Thanks.
Here's what im gonna do
1. Root
2. Back Up CID ( dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk1p18 of=/sdcard/cid.img )
3. Delete CID ( not sure on this, but i believe its "unlock bootloader" )
Code i researched:
Code:
ap fastboot mode
fastboot flash mbm allow-mbmloader-flashing-mbm.bin
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot erase cid
4. Install Safestrap ( and recovery )
5. Back up rom
6. Install rom and gapps ( MIUI 4.4.4 for umts_spyder )
am i missing something?...
or di i have to upgrade to JB before instsalling a kitkat rom?...
im running 4.0.4
No need to delete cid, you should be able to install SS after root.
Latest SS might have compatibility issues with ICS. Update to official JB if available for your device.
