Hey everyone
does anyone know if there's a way to get an internet stick working on prime?
i'm just wondering since i have tons of data available on my cell data plan and am allowed to share it for free. Can we get a usb internet key to work or is wifi hotspot from my phone the only way it will work?
thanks!
I am using Android Reverse tethering (beta) 2.26 on my Samsung galaxy S3 and all is working fine, I can download and install apps from Google Play, browse the internet, .... my problem is coming when I open some applications - (e.g. when trying to download from Samsung Apps, Talking Tom, Talking Tom2,...) that requires an internet connection, I am getting a No internet Connection message.
Please may you advise on how I can get around this problem.
Thanks
Hey guys,
Does anyone knows an app which allows me, to turn my N4 into a wifi-hotspot and offers the connected clients a kind of portal on which he has to login with username/password? Only after a correct authentication, he is able to use the tethered connection from the phone. I hope my explanation was useful for you
I've searched the web for about an hour but didn't find anything
p.S: sorry for the bad language, i hope my text is understandable
I need the same app. I hope someone has an idea
Hi everyone,
Although I'm an ON/OFF user of the forum, haven't really registered 'till today.
At my work, wifi is available for Android devices only through web browser (and a lot of domains are blocked). No apps can use the wireless connection.
Is there any (simple) way to bypass this, preferably software-based, for an Android 4.2.2. tablet?
For a couple of days i'm struggling to find a way to access an openvpn network that will alow me to play some android games with my friends (as lan/wifi local network). The problem is ,all the vpn networks i've tried so far will block any ports that games will need to be open ,so will not detect any gameserver on the network. I even had problems runing mumble server voicechat (plumble for android) ,because the program can't connect to mumble server while vpn network is active (same for skype and other similar programs).
So my question is ,does anyone knows a openvpn server capable of sustaining games over it's network? or any other free solution to that ?! (we want to play local multiplayer games on android over internet -->friends in different areas)
Thank You !
