hello guys I got this cheap tablet for free Empire electronix K701 with only 2 gb internal memory and I have one 16 gb sd card class 10.
Is it possible to put the games/apss on external card??
I also tried to root it but no succes...I used the ZhaoDashi software i connected the tablet but when I try to write the root it fails...
probably because the software didn't recognize the brand of my tablet
Can anyone help me root it or put aps on Sd card?
Cheers

If your rom supports moving apps to sdcard so use Link2sd app
If you want to move app data to external sdcard use foldermount
But both requires root

You need to know your chipset's brand (try using CPU Identifier, or Google). Then, search for a method for your specific chipset.

Can't even think of files to fill up my 8gb card.. haha.
Amazing. SDXC use another file system, not FAT-32, but exFAT. Our phone don't support exFAT.
Edit: SDXC can be formatted to EXT4 and some ROMs support this. Try and post result...

I have decided to upgrade to ICS after playing with rooted GB for a while. I don't want to use App2SD anymore to overcome the memory limitations of my Neo V, so I've decided to partition my SD card and link any app (link2SD) I install to this partition (1 GB). Is there a way for me to restore my backedup apps straight to the new partition instead of restoring to the phone's memory before using link2SD to move the apps?
All you need to do is to 'auto link' the partitioned card and Link2SD will automatically link apps titanium tries to restore to the SD Card

Put your Micro SD in your PC and !back your Micro SD card up!, install Acronis Disk Director and format your Micro SD from exFAT to FAT32.
You will lose all your data on your micro sd card if you format it. Back it up!
CUSTOM ROMS ONLY SUPPORT FAT32.
IT DOESNT SUPPORT exFAT.
 Good luck!
Sincerely,
Rareme.
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
Also it could be due to a bug in the rom. Try reflashing the rom if the method mentioned by the poster above me doesn't work.

Thanks for the reply, I'll flash my tablet a soon as I can (I'm guessing any begin of aio works since intsd is focused on cm and not the device)

I can't open gallery and camera on my S7500, it says "no external storage available". I use cm10.1.2-20130703-unofficial-trebon. I already try the tips you guys suggested, but the problems still occur.

It's impossible to move apps to SD card in in Galaxy S3. With every rom, stock or custom.
