Dude, next time, be sure to have a ROM stored in your internal memory...
So to solve your problem, boot into download mode, connect to PC and flash stock ROM via Odin. Then, put a ROM in your tab just in case.

Gosh... team match right? I wipe all including sd & davik cache... i think is the repartition problem when flashing via odin...

Full wipe means wipe system, data, cache and dalvik. It does not include SD..

I think reflashing the rom is the only choice.
Are the apps shows in settings---applications---manage applications??
did you try different launchers?

Go to recovery and do factory reset, data wipe, cache wipe, dalvik wipe
Under storage and mounts -> mount system, cache, data, and for at them. Now Take your memory card out and format it after formatting flash X10s V9 using flashtool... this will give you a complete new system without any old data... try this method... I always do this and I never had any FC r app crash till now...
Just one more question... what kernel are you using ?

Search works quite well, you'll find a plethora of information if you were to use that rather than asking to have your hand held.
Just my opinion of course.

You can just download a compatible rom first. Put it to your SD card. Then just boot into recovery and wipe data. Finally install the rom from the sd card
Ok i'll use the standard method
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda app-developers app
1.First be sure that u are on brick bug safe kernel
2.Download custom rom and place him on ext SD card
3.Enter to recovery and wipe data/cache
4.Install rom and wipe cache and dalvik cache
5.Reboot
Now you have a brand new rom on your SII
Just pick up the rom you want use and follow instruction in that rom thread.

Recommend to flash siyah or dorimanax kernel. I think cf-root not compatible with cm9

You're basically asking "how do I flash a rom" which is such a ridiculous question to ask as it just shows how blatantly obvious it is that you haven't even attempted to look/read properley.
There is an abundance of info on this subject.

Ok since you made no effort to give basic relevant info I'm going to assume your on CM10?
Re-flash rom/gapps and boot. It will do upgrade etc on first boot and shouldn't do it again next time.
Alternatively if you already have backups of apps/appdata etc then simply do wipe data/factory reset in recovery and then flash gapps.

Yup just make sure you make a backup in twrp of what you're on now (called a nandroid) just in case the flash messes up somehow. And of course, before you format the internal sd, make sure your nandroid and the rom you want to flash are on your external sd.
