Maybe your coming from another rom..
Follow this instruction (it works on mine so maybeit will work
Also in your device)
1.flash official ics .587 via flashtool then turn on your phone
2.if your bootloader is locked, follow instructionfor locked
(you can find it in js thread)
3if your bootloader is unlocked, flash a kernel with cwm support via fastboot
4.go to cwm
5wipe cache and dalvik cache
6install rom(be careful in choosing in aroma
7 reboot and done
I do this by several times, but rom crashes after reboot. I try a clean install without all «mods« - but nothing happens. =(
Maybe problem with kernel? I use a suave_v6_neoV.
But 7.2.1 and older works fine.. BL is unlocked.

Check using Titanium Backup how much free mem you have in System. If you are using MT15i, chances are that the system partition is getting full as it has only 327 MB by default.

Does the walkman have clearbass working on 7.3?
I use a Neo V and I have a 420 MB of system rom. I think a trouble causes by incompability 7.3 version of JS and suave kernel.. I`ll try to flash a night-elf kernel and report you results.
About clearbass.. if Walkman didn't have that, maybe installing audioengine from AC!D team can resolve problem by adding this option in Walkman? I may be wrong.
