Which Hboot are you on?
If ICS ( 1.24 ) , you're on the right track.
What is your CID?
The one you're downloading is for HTC__044. It will work but you won't be able to update to JB ( Once its available ) if your CID
isn't HTC__044..

If you're on ICS hboot and need a ROM fast get the CM9 ROM in the Original Development section, it's almost a third of the size of any other sense ROMs so it'll take three times less time to download
i was on stock ics. never upgraded to jb before.

He's downloading the 1.18.401.1 and that's for EU CID not HTC__044
The slow downloading is the ISP thing, nothing to do with the web hosting as I can download that file in less than 20 mins.

To get back to stock, you need to download 1.18.707.3_TWRP_nand.zip and follow the tutorial in post #3.
(This is for HTC__044.. device from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines).

Well, our tests were successful
We took a tester's phone and installed the unrooted update.zip from here: http://www.villainrom.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=100&t=1973 (first link).
Then we carried out the procedure and he booted into AmonRA with a blue care bear (he was previously running it without care bear, and the ROM used is obviously unrooted - we checked using shell and su as well )
I will post details as soon as I write it up, and get it tested on an RUU
Ok so waiting for tutorila soon))

EDIT: Looks like lenny beat me to it
Thread moved to Q&A.
I was on CM 10.1...I wanted to go back to stock so I relocked my Bootloader and flashed ROM.zip from the RUU_ENRC2B_U_JB_45_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.17.707.1_Radio_3.1204.168.32_release_299722_signed.exe
But at the last step I get a 44 hboot error. I was told that I may have flashed an older RUU. I think I need 1.17.707.2 like the one that was available here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2345391
Can someone help me out with this?
Anyone?
I would be very grateful if anyone could even give me their Stock backup. Please guys...in need of serious help here.

Buddy I gave you the link in pm that was shared by the OP of that post (1.17.707.2)...
So it appears that the file does not work with hboot 1.4...
I guess you will have to go back to custom ROM till hTC releases an actual RUU that supports 1.4 hboot for Indian users.

The only way to get back to your stock, would be to reset you unlocked bootloader, s-on, and your original CID. If you´ll be patient, more DEVs will arrive. We are only a small group at the moment. I have a friend working on a rom right now. But you could try Navalynt's Optimized Base... give it a try. It should work. Make sure that you have the newest recovery, I personally use TWRP

Your backup should be in /data/media (sdcard) which does not format when you format data.

Hi, I have a little question. So I have a t6ul Telekom. It is s off with firewater an twrp recovery. I will go back to stock but not with telekom branding. Yes I have the original backup. So actually I use the HTC Rom from neo. It's international on 4.3 I think and very small. When I change the cid to HTC worldwide set the HTC per fastboot to lock an s on also flash the original recovery (I do not know the HTC Germany cid and where I get the correct original recovery), so it is possible to get the normal updates of HTC, eg the new android 5.0. And it is possible after that to gain root again?

Go to your trip , return to me when you back
Enjoy yor trip
He's not looking for a nandroid, he is looking for the OTApkg file that is downloaded upon a new update...
On 3/31/15 AT&T released a 2 stage update for the One M7 - Details here
I was not able to get the small 5.13.502.3 update so i have removed the link to the 2nd part. Having only the second part can only damage your device so no need to leave it here.
I'll leave the Stock Recovery in case you need it.
As requested the Flash-able Radio is here >> https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934553817
Here is the RUU.EXE from HTC >> http://dl3.htc.com/application/RUU_...06_10.46.1718.01L_release_424933_signed_2.exe
and here's the Rom.zip from the 7.23.502.1 RUU here >> https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934550030
Normal fastboot gives errors please use the htc_fastboot from the RUU here >> https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934550031
htc_fastboot oem rebootRUU
htc_fastboot flash zip Rom.zip
htc_fastboot flash zip Rom.zip << This may not be needed - it did the whole flash the first round for me >>
htc_fastboot reboot
If I ever get the 2 stage update parts for an OTA update I'll post them here
Wasn't this a 2 stage OTA. I've read that there was a smaller update prior to this.

Damn lol. I went to the 10th and gave up. I'll try again tomorrow. Oh
Next phone will not be AT&T branded, probably gonna go with a developer edition.

Both of the RUU will work fine for you and your sim - unlock will be fine

You answer your own question. U need a locked or relocked boot loader. Just Google how to do it.
i try with relock bootloader, but same message

There was a smaller OTA that went out prior to the Lollipop OTA. That's probably what's causing it

Initial impressions of it? With all the negative reviews I've seen/read I'm a little hesitant.
Are u sure you have an ATT m7? Ruu file is signed and if any info on your phone does not match it will give an error.
