Hi,
I recently tried to install CM 10.1 on my i9505 and it failed, now my phone wont boot past the samsung s4 boot screen.
I have dowloaded the latest I9505XXUAME2 firmware and flashed through odin, it still hasnt fixed the issue.
I have tried different recoveries and multiple odin flashes (which all complete successfully) but it still stops at the samsung boot screen.
I am not a superuser by any means but i have flashed every galaxy i have owned many times without fail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

hey everybody, im new here and hopefully i can get some help. ive got a galaxy tab 2 10.1 with stock android which was updated to 4.1.1 though an update. i looked at a few guides and came across a few guides.
followed it exactly as it said it passed in odin, but no clockworkmod, only stock android recovery still comes up. i let the galaxy tab 2 logo flash twice and released still only stock recover. ive tried this 3 times now even twice with:
GT-P5110_ClockworkMod-Recovery_6.0.1.0.Tar
and once with:
GT-P5113_ClockworkMod-Recovery_6.0.1.0.Tar
still no luck...
so i just factory reset it from the android recovery screen. and when i open download mode it still says this

This is the original galaxy tab section. You may get better results in the tab 2 section.

As mentioned, you really need to ask this in the Galaxy Tab 2 forums. However, quick answer: the stock ROM will overwrite recovery when it boots. If you install a custom recovery on your Tab 2, you MUST start the tablet in recovery immediately after ODIN finishes the flash. If you let it reboot, then the stock recovery will be restored.
Hello,
I'm currently using a Samsung Galaxy S3 GT I9300 and is rooted through the CF Root method.
Just recently, I was backing up my files on Samsung Kies when I accidentally manually shut down my phone (so regretting this right now). Since then, my phone is unable to boot up and is always stuck at the boot logo "Samsung Galaxy SIII GT I9300". I have tried several methods such as flashing CWM Recovery and factory wipe everything and then installing custom roms but didn't work, even with repeated wiping and rebooting.
Custom Binary Download: Yes (16 counts)
Current Binary: Custom
System Status: Custom
Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!!

Reflash the firmware via odin. Are you sure it was reading and not writing because it's odd that it won't boot.
I have an l900 (Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 2) with Philz touch 6 recovery. I have tried several different firmwares, including but not limited to Cyanogenmod 11, the stock firmware, and Sprint Kit-Kat. Attempting to install the zip(s) from recovery invariably results in "Installation started...Installation aborted" with no further explanation. I have not tried a sideload as I don't know how to get my computer to recognize the phone while it's in recovery mode (although I do have apk installed, and have successfully used it on a different phone while it was booted).
The phone currently has no working firmware. I got Cyanogenmod to install at one point (I don't remember how, or which version. This has been quite the process) but it wouldn't boot. It just stayed at the loading screen forever.
What can I do?

First download latest stock recovery, flash it via odin(it'll work). Then boot to recovery and wipe everything! Then install fresh clean stock rom. I've had that problem on my Tab 10
Hey guys! I used to have a custom rom, but ever since an update my phone got slow. So I tried different roms, but all of them are having issues with video playback. I downloaded the stock rom from sammobile.com, and flashed it using odin. I got an error with the file sboot.img so I deleted that (people advised me it, so I gave it a try). Now I have got another issue: It's stuck at the samsung galaxy s6 sm-g920f powered by android logo. Also can't boot into recovery, any help??
Finally fixed this!!! I downloaded a newer version and that worked
