After 4.1 my swype key is missing. I tried to install 3 rd party apps like SwiftKey but it didn't work work

HTC had removed swipe from jelly bean
To you use 3rd party softwares you have enable them in setting>keyboard

There is a difference between the stock and the sense camera. Get one from the deodexed stock rom

It cant be ported to Tegra never! Only qualcomm.

There are no tegra libs that have ZOE, simple as that. We cant use Qualcomm camera libs on our phone.
Dude, go blame HTC for using Tegra. Its currently not possible to port (unless you can recompile a binary blob)
