There is a difference between the stock and the sense camera. Get one from the deodexed stock rom

It cant be ported to Tegra never! Only qualcomm.

There are no tegra libs that have ZOE, simple as that. We cant use Qualcomm camera libs on our phone.
Dude, go blame HTC for using Tegra. Its currently not possible to port (unless you can recompile a binary blob)

Use Vimiro if you want sense 5.
Cm10 if you want vanilla UI.
Stock ICS if you want better battery backup,lag free mode lol.
Thats all you have for this device.

Yes. Try it rooting causes no harm.

Well I thought I rooted the phone but it says no root access so this is why I'm asking things on here boot loader says unlocked and twerp and super su installed but no root access
