[Q] One x+ At&t, international rom - HTC One X+

I was curious whether it is possible to flash a International rom, on the at&t model, as the international version has a lot more active development.
and if it is possible, are there any problems with the phone on an international rom?
Thanks

Short answer no it isn't they use different radios, kernels and base versions. You have to flash the particular type of rom for your phone.

Will this custom rom work with (insert carrier name here) ?

Hey all,
Some of you might know me from the Titan or Wizard forum, but I am joining the Raphael family today (as long as it shipped!) and have a couple of questions regarding this forum.
I should have my Sprint Touch Pro waiting on me when I get home, and will be aching to flash it before the weekend. I think I've literally flashed my Titan several hundred times, so much so that I've become obsessed by it at times.
My question, and the reason for starting this thread, is to ask about compatibility between the GSM versions and the CDMA version(s) of the Raphael.
I would ASSUME that as long as the ROM doesn't include a different radio, that it 'should' be compatible with either version? Is that assumption correct? I don't want to brick my TP right out of the gate. Basically, since the Titan didn't have a CDMA version of the forum since it was all CDMA, I want to ensure I'm understanding my boundaries venturing outside of the CDMA subforum. Thanks in advance to all that reply!
Please understand a few things when responding:
1. I am not a noob
2. I only flash through the SD method (should tell you I'm familiar with the process of flashing, so please no "you have to unlock your phone first" responses)
3. This is a great community and I can't wait to contribute!
Hello mate. As far as I know it is not possible to flash gsm roms to the cdma diamond. That is why there is a cdma version of the forum.
But again am not too sure. I am in UK with the gsm version but I am curious to find out about this too.
Absolutely do NOT flash a GSM rom on your CDMA device, or visa versa. That being said, at least for the GSM roms they are not carrier specific. I've never owned a CDMA device so i couldn't tell you, but there's a specific thread for those devices.

[Q] NO United States stock ROMs?

At the thread everyone keeps linking for stock ROMs, http://http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1113928 there are NO US stock ROM's, let alone for my carrier, T-Mobile.
What's up with that?
Also, when I try to dial the *#1234# it from that post, my phone says Unable to Process Request, so I can't do that to help find the right ROM.
None of the US carriers use the original I9100 hardware, so they have their own ROMs and their own forums. For example, the Galaxy S 4G forums are for T-Mobile USA's variant of the Galaxy S II; you should be able to find ROMs there that will work on that device.
Got it thanks!

AT&T HTC One and 801n

Hi all,
On the Note 2 they were able to flash 7105 rom, which is a LTE EU rom, on the AT&T version.
Don’t anyone thinks it will be able to do the same thing on the HTC One with the 801n and the AT&T version?
I'm brining this up just because of the updates and the bloat ware.
Thanks,

On the One XL, we've been able to flash ROMs with both European and Asian bases. The ROM base doesn't really matter as long as it's the same phone hardware.
You can as long as they have the same dev name. Easiest way to check is to look at hboot and see the name. Just know that flashing AT&T ROMs/801n ROMs will not unlock any new radio bands.

Which Thread Do I Use?

Which thread do I use if I have the unlocked version but am on AT&T? Not the international version just the unlocked one through HTC.
Pick one. The gsm forums are split and don't need to be. I'm running an att based rom on an international kernel. Hopefully this madness will end and the forums can be merged.

International Firmware on T-mobile variant

I want to convert my T-mobile (sm-g925t) to the international version so I can get OTA updates faster thatn T-mobile users. I know I can just flash International ROMs but I'd rather have the stock firmware instead. Does anyone know how to convert from T-mobile to International? is it even possible on Galaxy devices? I've done a tone of research and I haven't found anything that can help me with this. It is possible to do this on HTC devices, for example I converted my T-mobile HTC One to Developer Edition HTC One by changing the MID and CID, but I don't know about Samsung devices.
