Flash dorimanx 8.xx
Flash a rom from that link as 2nd rom
Send from my SGS2 I9100 with HassanROM and latest DorimanX 8.xx kernel

1. Install Sammy ROM
2.flash dorimanx 8.14
3.in cwm recovery goto dual boot option
4.select install 2nd ROM from zip.
5.wipe data/cache of 2nd ROM
Reboot
U now have 2 ROMs

Guys i made this post for our convenience...
who ever wants to use custom kernels they can easily found it here... :good:
In this post i am adding some latest and stable kernels which is right now available for galaxy y..
special thanks to the makers of these kernels( Maroc-OS :angel:, Whitexp :angel:, Repencis :angel
and the good news is,that all are single flashable zip....flash it through Stock Recovery or CWM and you are done ready to go.. :laugh: :laugh:
here i added the stoke galaxy y kernel as well....if any one wants to rollback to stoke just flash that zip and you are done.

Tried the white0.8 kernel zip and i got a bricked phone... beats me how but the odin method is safer...

All of them imo are outdated, add savies rev 73 and kuros kernel as the main recommendation. Btw, Its stock kernel not stoke kernel And add this to the list of stock kernels :

yes whitexp 0.8 rc3 can be simply installed inside CWM.

have y checked the same Install instruction been provided in that so called Cmiui Jb rom thread, since every rom thread will have install instruction in there main page.

1. Do a full wipe (recommended but not always necessary)
2. Go to recovery and flash the ROM
3. Reboot (this might take some time due to app optimization)
4. Wait few minutes and reboot again
4. Enjoy MIUI and ICS

Hi bro,
It's not ics version, it is jb cMiui
I'm currently on gb stock rom
The procedures shown is for ics version
It doesn't matter. Anyway, you must do a factory reset when you want to upgrade Android version.
Now I'm on gb, I should install any cm9 based kernel with ics bootloader before flashing this cm9 /cm10 based jb rom.

Yeah! The perfect way is to upgrade to ICS before flashing a JB ROM.
Flashing CM9 with ICS bootloader will be a good step. So just go ahead

Hi there!
I've installed the cMIUI 2.10.19 in the recommended way (before that i used CM10 M2), but I get now a lot of FC (with system UI, and more). My phone still works but I don't have notification bar. I cant use the file browser and a lot important feature. I think I have tried everything to solve that. (fix permissions, format system wipe everything before and just after flashing, waiting after boot and reboot and waiting again). But it wont work!
What should I do now?

some users with omega use these kernels, some say its good, some are disappointed, but you can try for yourself, they should be compatible

You need to flash the slim gapps in order to get these to work - they are NOT included in the rom.

How did you "upload" the ROM? Do the same thing, "upload" the gapps.

Did you do a full wipe? Use the kernel provided in ROM only, with wipe before and after...

that zperience rom pack doesnot contain any kernel in itself ....so we have to use on anykernel but i only get bootlops..
