Hey jthrasher47,
You wouldn't happen to have a link to a guide to this mod would you?
going to try it with [GOLDENEYE][ATT][XXUBMEA] ROM and [KERNEL][ATT][AOSP/TW][6/6/2013] KT-SGS4 - MDM kernel.
EDIT
it does NOT work with Ktweaker/Goldeneye combo on TW

I don't think you can can you? But I wouldn't worry, it'll come in time. I have a lot of faith, especially with how fast everything else is happening. The phone has only been out 2 weeks today and we have perm-root and recovery both fully working. Now just to get some ROMs going and hopefully full dual-core support.
You should be able to do it through recovery in the form of an update.zip file.

That depends on the rom that's being flashed. Make a custom kernel in the form of a boot.img and I'll try to test it by recovery.

With the htc unlocked method you might have to flash kernels by booting recovery from fastboot because it has the proper permissions

Not necessarily. Many developers include a custom kernel with their roms.
Hello Everyone!
These are CWM flashable Stock ROM files. It is intended as an easier way to return to stock than LGNPSTing.
The ROM includes the stock system is rooted and has security turned off. It will not touch the data or cache partition.
Thanks to Team CodeFire for their awesome work unlocking this device!

Nope. This does not touch bootloader or recovery. It only returns the system back to stock, as well as the kernel to the FreeGee version. It is essentially the same as a LGNPST then rooting and unlocking.

You should try booting to recovery and wipeing cache and data... You probably still got some jelly bean stuff foating around. Might want to flash a kernel too. Entrophy's daily driver if U.S; rj's if INT.
