Hi friends recently I had bought htc amaze.
When I connected my phone through cable it asks for formatting internal storage... After that I'm unable to mount sd and external sd also.. When I'm mounting sd card it shows "preparing sd card" and within a second it shows "sd card safe to remove". PLEASE HELP ME....
How many gb contains your sd? If you have 16 or 32 gb sd-card try to drive in 8 gb sd-card! There are many problem about this in many forums guys wrote that they drove-in 8 gb and their problem was fixed!

So I have a tablet running ICS with 4Gb of internal storage, and I installed an 8Gb SD card. Problem is, the internal storage is full (got around 5mb left), and when I try to move an app to SD I get an error message because the tablet detects the internal storage as full. I also get a "mount and unmount filesystems" notification.
Any help please?

Try a different SD card.
Sir I've also tried different sd card but it didn't works... internal memory is not working...
Flash a RUU for your particular device.
I also tried to reinstall factory ruu... that also not working.....
So I managed to get my HTC Amaze 4g to recognize my 32 gb sd card as the phone storage using "root external 2 internal sd". However now the external sd (formerly my phone storage) is unreadable and inaccessable even with root explorer. It doesn't even show up in the settings. I don't wanna have to lose 10 gigs. Also is this process reversable? Can I go back to having my phone storage back to 10 gb and my 32gb sd card as external storage??? EEEP! Help please and thank you
ok Thankfully I restarted the phone and it's back to normal. Still I wonder why I can't access my phone storage as my sd card??
I am really in trouble!
I've just bought Samsung Galaxy S4 Korean made. In the storage option there are two general tabs:-
1- is about Sd card storage which is only 17.8 MB and
2- is about Internal Storage 16GB. So my question is that how can i use internal storage of 16GB as SD card data.
Another problem with my device is that whenever i wanted to put ext sd card (microsd card) it does not show any thing like preparing sd card nothing....

I used my sandisk 32 gb memory card as internal storage in my Lenovo K4 note, but when i tried to use it again as a portable storage it giving error and now i cant use it anymore. What to do to recover my sd card?
