Hey guys, I need some help with the facebook app on my S4.
I'm trying to record some videos and post them on facebook but the app
just sits and hangs half way through the upload process.
If I record in the smallest size then it will upload fine but anything else
just gets stuck.
I've tried waiting for a couple hours but it never moves further.
Anyone else having this issue and found a resolution for it?

I am experiencing problem uploading captured video to facebook. I got the cyan with the os upgrade. Since I had this phone from december I only managed to upload a couple of videos to facebook via gallery share option.
I searched the net and the forum and nothing is pointing this problem apart from last year before mango.
Is it just me who got this problem?
Anyone experience this and know a solution?
I've already reset the phone twice bu no luck.

my gallery app is very slow when stating it takes some seconds to do anything because its loading. so i wanted to ask you if there is any solution to that.
i already used some other apps. eg. quickpic is great but the only problem with it is the resolution when viewing pictures. i have screenshots attached.
pls help me, cause gallery or viewing pictures is one of the most things i do with my phone.

I had the same problem and even I deletted this gallery ap, because I'm really happy with quickpic!! I didnt notice this less resolution you mention... Even more, taking into account our little screen
I would recommend to use quickpic because its the fastest one, and I see my pics perfectly, but if you have this resolution problem lets see if there is someone who can help you
Before you asked I googled it, yes I know about getting the email address from my YouTube page and emailing the videos there, here's the thing though if I have a video recorded on my phone lets say two minuets long, I hit the share button click hotmail Gmail ECT... Goes to the whit loading screen then kicks me back to the home screen, I'm running the latest update and barely anything installed on this thing, what am I doing wrong, or more over how can I fix it?
does anyone know why sometimes pictures on S3 come in as short videos even though they are clearly pictures?
i have found a work-around for this little problem, ill explain it in detail for those that have this same problem. I would love to hear some input
OK, so first i noticed that this problem was occurring between me and my roommate ( we both have s3's) when we would send pictures to test out our new phones. We were sending pictures directly from the default messenger app, we were both using the attachment button (paperclip button). It wasn't until today that i realized that the problem would disappear when we would use the photo gallery app to send the pictures by using the share function and using the messenger app. If youre having the same problem i hope this helps!
This was a Samsung thing that started with the GS2. It was fixed by the time ICS was released for it. Now, they seem to have forgotten they fixed it and have broken it again for the GS3.
I use GoSMS, so I don't really have to deal with it.
I am using Alliance ROM Build 24 4.3 for my VRW I605. I love the ROM but have been having 2 issues that I have not been able to find fixes for anywhere.
1. Media Gallery has a long lag. I click on the icon and takes about 2-5 seconds to finally open. When i click on any of the albums i have to wait another 2-3 seconds for it to pop up. Wondering if there is anything I can do to make it run faster.
2. The dreaded Instagram Video Upload problem. Ive searched and searched and nothing. Ive seen other ROMs find a fix (Meanbean) unfortunately the fix appears to work for that ROM only. Every time I am on the final step of uploading the video I get a pop up that says
"Unfortunately, the process com.instagram.android has stopped"
Is there any fix for this? I really do not want to switch to another ROM since I really like this one but something this small may cause me to.
