Vertical wheater widget,how to set transparency on ics rom? - Xperia Arc Themes and Apps

Is it possible to change transarency on this widget:

Xperia T ICS Rom V7.2.0 For Arc / Arc-S, Based on (4.0.4) 587 & 13
Is this can be changed please for instructions,detailed is possible.

1-If this background is a .9.png drawable, find a transparent .9.png drawable or create it yourself and change with inside apk.
2-Decompile apk and find this drawable's name on one xml file. android:background="xxxx"
transparent color code is #00000000 . so change background. >> android:background="#00000000".
Or we must think for another ways.

I find .apk file with set transparency,when i try to install asking me to replace system app,when i go to OK,chose install to phone and afther that i recive X APLICATION NOT INSTALED msg. What i do wrong?

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=42417072&postcount=5 First link from this post,just copy apk file with root explorer to system/app,delete old one,restart and i think that is enough for install. If not:
Downoad apk and copy it to SDCARD.
run root explorer on your phone and move apk from /sdcard to /system part. be sure you have root access. r/w on top.
After movement, long press to apk and select permissions;
set ticks to
VV-
V--
V--
like this. (rw-r-r) total 4 ticks. all other empty.
Then long press to apk and move to /app folder in /system. ( total path is /system/app/)
Change with existing one if you have this widget on your phone.
Reboot phone.
Thats all.
