S-off - T-Mobile HTC One (M7)

Anybody successfully been able to s-off their device with moonshine? If so what process did you use to bring the ROM up to the correct version to use the moonshine kit?

same here i just s-off'd mine this morning using revone.. removed the tampered sign changed the CID to 11111111 and voila! installed a original RUU from HTC One Developer Edition.. no more t-mobile stuff!!
now i'm patiently waiting for the Stock Android update

Also achieved s_off with revone method
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4 Beta

used revone as well everything went smooth once its done read it once before u attempt it to avoid stupid mistakes and if anyone installed the developers edition is your mms limited to 300k

I used Revone and got it in 10 minutes. I found this awesome video where this guy shows you how to do it all from your phone no computer necessary. Also shows how to removed the "tampered" from the boot screen. Check it out if you need help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2qHzqTqdvY

I'm having some issues with S-Off simply not seeming to work. Followed all the instructions, here's the shell output.

Rebooted after each success as well, but when I boot to the recovery menu it still says LOCKED and S-ON. Should I just keep trying?

stuck at the moment

So I'm Stuck trying to get s-off using revone. I'm on at&t with the hboot 1.44. I can't seem to get passed the error code 6 and inputting ./revone -P
I've read that some people just kept trying until it finally worked but I've probably tried it at least 100 times with the same result. Also I used the htcdev to unlock my bootloader so i don't know if that has anything to do with it

I took the OTA update (not my smartest move) and am still on HBOOT 1.44. But I think it is the update that is killing my chance to get s-off. I think I have to wait until they figure it out.

well im on the 1.26.502.10 firmware and still cant get it. tried moonshines and it gets to the 3 test where is reboots to bootloader and then it doesnt do anything else. i let it just do whatever it was doing for a couple of hours and when i came back it said that it had failed. and revone is still not working right. after inputting ./revone -P i keep getting the error code 6 message
Follow this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J4BWxtjaamM
I just did it, took me about 5 minutes and now I'm s-off and tampered removed. I'm on the same firmware as well.
I've watched that video a ton of times. My problem is that I took the ota update that made my mainver. .15. So now I gotta go through the downgrade process.
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
Oh, OK. Because the above post says you're on .10, that's why I posted the video.
Yea. I'm using a stock rom that's .10 but if I do the getvar command it shows my mainver as .15

Since u already unlocked the boot loader, root the phone then proceed with this s-off procedure:
abd push revone /data/local/tmp/
abd shell
cd /data/local/tmp
chmod 755 revone
su
U should now see a #
Skip the ./revone -P command step and type:
./revone -s 0 -u
These are the steps I used and was successful. Removed tampered label as well after.
Something within the update, whether or not it was the firmware, seems as though they patched the motochopper temp root exploit which is part of the process that gains s-off. Hope this works...

You can use revone to remote TAMPERED : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2314582
You should do BOLD steps:
Instructions
Use any operating system you like, you only need adb.
1. Download revone and push it to your device: adb push revone /data/local/tmp/
2. Open an adb shell and: => command : adb shell
* cd /data/local/tmp
* chmod 755 revone
3. (optional) If your device is unlocked and rooted please switch to root using su.
4. Prepare to gain S-OFF by running the command: ./revone -P
4a. If revone reports success reboot the device and proceed to step 5)
4b. If revone reboots the device (we'll pretend this isn't an undiagnosed random crash) please wait 2 minutes then try again from step 2.
4c. If revone reports that you need to reboot and try again please reboot and try again from step 2.
5. Now that revone has successfully prepared your device for S-OFF please open another adb shell (as per step 2) and change to
the /data/local/tmp directory.
6. Instruct revone to grant you S-OFF and unlock status by running the command: ./revone -s 0 -u
6a. Other optional command arguments:-
* -u - Unlock the device
* -l - Lock the device (as if it was never unlocked)
* -r - Relock the device (mark the device as relocked)
* -t - Reset the device's tamper flag.
7. Presuming revone reported success please reboot the device again, this time to the bootloader (adb reboot bootloader)
8. You should now observe your device is S-OFF (and the lock status changed if you invoked that option).
9. (optional) Re-run revone to remove TAMPERED from your HBOOT screen: ./revone -t

To remove 'Tampered' banner after S-OFF'ing, put this is in terminal emulator
Code:

Just copy and paste it into terminal to ensure no errors

need help.how to use firewater to s-off my one max?

i have unlocked international htc one max by htcdev
i have vipermax 1.0.1 rom
my hboot is 2.49.0000
i wanna to s-off it but i can not understand the steps of using firewater from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2632385
i dont understand what this mean
Push, Prepare, and Execute firewater:
adb reboot <–important!!!!
adb wait-for-device push firewater /data/local/tmp
adb shell
su
chmod 755 /data/local/tmp/firewater
/data/local/tmp/firewater
what is this? where to but the firwater file? what should i do after?
the commands are shell comands
make sure you have fastboot, adb and firewater files all in the same folder.
hold shift and right click the folder you have the files and choose command promt here
this is where you'll type the commands
ps dont know it soff works with hboot 2.49. and i did it with a stock rom.

It wont work in fastboot mode, You need to follow the instructions while you are in Android. Plus make sure you have USB Debbuging on.
adb reboot <–important!!!!
adb wait-for-device push firewater /data/local/tmp
adb shell
su
chmod 755 /data/local/tmp/firewater
/data/local/tmp/firewater
Follow these commands, except typing wait-for-device. I mean wait for device, but do not type it. You would enter adb push /data/local/tmp
i did this
adb reboot
the phone reboot but i didn't know what to write after that

If you take the phone back to an ATT store for an exchange or to have them fix it, you don't have to return it to stock. they don't check and they don't care. The only time you need to return it to stock is if you are having to send it back to HTC. If at all possible deal with ATT as they will most of the time just hand you a new one while HTC will give you a refurb. You won't get your original back from HTC.
