I want to share the versions of the Market and various Gapps that work for me on Sam's HC EMMC v4.0, 2nd ed. build {Huge props to him, deeper-blue, and others who got HC working on the NC. Without their heroic efforts, I'd be working 4 jobs right now trying to save up to buy a Xoom}
This script is the first one I run after doing a fresh build of HC EMMC, but you should also be able to do it on a stale version of HC as well.
Maps is version 5.0
While I am confident that these files will work for you as well, please remember, individual results may vary---use at your own discretion.
NOTE: The 'GoogleServicesFramework.apk' file in the attached .zip will remove the blue wi-fi icon from Sam's initial build. If you prefer the blue icon over a working Market (My Apps), then DO NOT proceed with the installation!
That being said, please do the following before trudging ahead:
+ Perform a full backup using your bootable CWR SD card [see samuelhalff's thread for instructions on this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=947071]
+ Backup each of the original files on your NC that will be replaced by the script
+ See #1 & #2 above...you've been warned
Instructions for Installation:
Extract the files contained within the attached .zip into the same directory as your ADB directory (where your 'adb.exe' file lives). Mine was located here on my computer: C:\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools
Connect your NC to your computer, ensuring ADB is working properly ahead of time
Double-click on the file 'HoneyGAppInstall.cmd' and the script to install the new apps will run
The script will reboot your NC upon completion
Once your NC comes backup from the reboot, you can then login to the Market, select "My Apps" and they should show up right away.
I have also attached the 'build.prop' file I use. This modified file allows me to see tablet apps (NY Times Tablet, More Good News Tablet) and also I can see/download/install both Angry Birds games.
NOTE: The ro.sf.lcd_density is set to 140 in my file. This is not friendly to Zeam and needs to be set to at least 150 for that launcher to work without Force Closing in Portrait mode.
Good luck and let me know if any issues.
EDIT: For those running a build that is not new and already has the original Market setup, would be best to do the following steps after running the Gapps script:
1.) Settings > Manage Applications > All > Market: Clear Cache then Force Stop -- DO NOT Clear Data2.) Settings > Manage Applications > All > Google Services Framework: Clear Data3.) Reboot

Would it be possible to flash the market zip through recovery? Looks like it would work in theory.
I can see all the installed apps on My Apps. Thanks for these files. But I have one problem. My Nook no longer shows up on market.android.com. Anyone else have this problem?
Is Youtube working?

I don't use that site much, but I did just check it out of curiosity.
I verified it was working by going into: My Market Account > Settings tab. I can see "LogicPDZoom2" with last access of today's date.

Not being a dev, I don't know how to compile the files I attached and make them flashable.
However, I can tell you that I do have a black-themed Market by Darkslide for my DroidX that is flashable via CWR, but sadly, it did not work for me. I tried it by booting to the CWR SD card. Would have been nice to have the black-themed version.
I also have a flashable version of Zeam, but again, did not work for me.
Now, I have not tried it by going into CWR using Sam's method with his built-in utility. This is because I have not really been able to get that to work 100% of the time and also because it is just so easy to get to CWR via the bootable SD card that I have not really messed with it too much.
I can post the black-themed Market if someone smarter than me wants to take a look at it...might prove useful. I am just not sure if a DX file can be used on the NC
Just let me know and maybe we can figure it out together.

And you have to be pretty fast at disabling that little "HQ" icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From my experience, has to be almost instantaneous by the time it appears on the screen or the video won't load.

Thanks for checking. I did mess around with the build.prop you provided. I think I messed something up. I will use the file you provided without any changes.
Thanks.
Not being dev minded, I don't know how much help I would be. I was able to extract the apks from the zip file and move them with root explorer, changed permissions and it appears to be holding. Have rebooted twice and still good. Your script in the zip file would not work with cwr since it is windows based, I think. I don't know if the apks would install in recovery without a script, seems like it would not. Anyway, thanks for putting this together. Market works with the apks and the build. prop seems to have helped as well. Thanks again.

You are most welcome and yes, the .zip is not flashable for CWR. XDA will only allow for certain types of files to be uploaded and .zip is one of them, so easier for me to go that route.
Files in the .zip are meant to be extracted into the folder where ADB.exe exists in order for the script to work correctly. As stated in the OP, I have only tested this on a Win7 box, as that is the only platform I have access to at the moment.
Root Explorer will also work, as you already know. So, for those who want to go that route, it is certainly an option. Glad things are working well for you at this point. Thanks for your feedback!
I'm just checking. These are the Android 3.0 gapps from the XOOM, not the 2.3 gapps? (Sorry I'm a little tired and don't have the emmc version installed, I run the SD card version, so I can't test ATM)

2.3, not 3.0.
Just transferred all the apps and the build.prop to a stale build of eMMC 2nd (3 days of use) and other than using root explorer followed the instructions to a T. My apps seemed to work but not thinking I updated maps in the market and now it doesnt work. Tried to uninstall updates in market (didnt seem to even finish the process), replace with my original apk, replace with apk from your zip here, clearing cache and data. Nothing seems to bring it back to life. Anyone else have this problem?
P.S. I think the white wifi icon looks nice.

Just used a combination of Root Explorer and ADB (for the chmod) to use your mod and everything is working great. Thanks a ton for posting this!
Only change I had to make was the LCD Density in the build.prop since I want to use Zeam. I tried using the default launcher but it is so laggy, I just can't.

Did you get your Maps back and working yet? If not, PM me and we can work on it together, offline. And if we can get it to work, we can post the "method to our madness" here in case others have done the same.

Glad all is working for you and that is a good point...I will update the OP to let folks know the build.prop has the LCD Density set at 160, which is not Zeam portrait-mode friendly.
Thanks for the feedback!
Okay, just downloaded the new Amazon Appstore and installed Angry Birds Rio (the first Free App of the Day). Force Close... so I tried both 140 and 160 LCD Densities and still no luck. Tried both of the other Angry Birds (original & seasons) and they force close on all three densities as well.
Any thoughts on why you are able to run them but I can't using the same build.prop? The only thing I had changed from your build.prop was the LCD density, but as I said, even changing it back to match your original setting doesn't make Angry Birds work.
Angry Birds and Angry Birds Seasons work for me. I had to move them to the internal memory. I already tried moving Rio to internal memory, however it still FC's. I can get the game to almost start, but when it's time to start shooting, it FC's. I haven't tried changing the LCD density.
Same issue here with Rio. Tried internal and no dice. Doesn't run at all when on SD.
I installed vegantab and followed the directions to get the full marketplace on my gtab. However when i search for certain app they do not show up. At first i just thought they were apps that weren't compatible with android tablets but this does not seem to be the case. A couple of the apps are facebook and twitdroid. I know facebook came preinstalled on tap n tap so it should not be a compatability issue. Can someone please tell me what may be causing this?
Thanks in advance
Have you tried this post? It worked for me when I thought I had the full market.

This happened to me too. Even after I did the market fix as described in the ROM install thread. The previous poster has pointed you in the right direction, but more specifically these are the exact steps that fixed me. I take no credit for this other than finding it and passing it along.
Step 4.
Go into Settings - Applications - Manage Applications - Market - Clear CACHE - Force Stop
(For TnT/TnT Lite... Settings - Applications - System Applications)
Step 5.
Press back once - Google Services Framework - Clear DATA - Force Stop
Step 6.
Go back to your home screen and open up the market. You should get an error. If not, redo steps 4 and 5 until you do.
Step 7.
Reboot your device. After it starts back up let it sit for a minute or two to let things in the operating system normalize. Open the Market. Reboot your device.
Step 8.
Open the market again and enjoy. You should now have Flash and the Android Market.
I've always thought that "Full Market" didn't mean everything available in the market, but everything that the market believes it can install on your device. I've always double-checked by going to the web market and trying to "push" the app to my device to see if it is compatible.
Or is there something on the device that identifies itself on the market as to what it can have installed?
I wish there was a tablet market separate from phones. It would make things much easier.

but then you wouldn't be able to see the phone apps that work well on tablets. I would assume that most widgets are cross compatible. Even when going to iTunes from an iPad, they have the 'iphone apps available for you.
in the infancy of android tablets, if we could ONLY see tablet only apps, we'd all be limited to about 50-100 apps, most of which not all of us would have a purpose for.
I'm having a similar problem, even after following the steps outlined in the Clockwork/ROM thread. Not sure if it varies with the rom as I was able to get Zeam Launcher with the Adam rom, but not with TNT lite.
Following along to see if there are other suggestions...
So I had followed the steps when I originally flashed Vegan 5.1.1 and the Market didn't show up Apps, like Facebook for example.
For the heck of it I tried it again just now, after I've been using my tablet for a while, and now the Market works fully! I still can't see tablet Apps like the CNN one, but now I have access to lots of Apps I didn't before.
Another resource you could check would be 4shared.com. Search for cnn.apk or just .apk and you will see lots of other apps, not sure if they will all work, but its worth a shot.
FWIW... I ran the steps again last night (for the second time since flashing TNT lite) and got access to more apps. I was able to find zeam, but I still can't find ADW. Might try it again tonight just to see what happens.
Seems odd, but that's been my experience so far.

Is there any setting that can be changed without switching ROMs that will fool the market into thinking the device is compatible with more applications?

If you have Root Explorer you can alter your build.prop file to set your device as olympus and that gives you a full market, or at least the fullest I've seen. The following apps show up with this change:
firefox, adw, facebook, cnn, zeam, launcher pro, dolphin hd, flash 10.2, samurai vengeance, etc.
This has worked on Vegan 5.1.1, TNT Lite 4.4, G-Harmony 2.3.3, CM7, & Calkulin's v1.1 for me.

I used astro file manager to change that file and then reapply the market fix. Still no apps like google docs on the market. Would this be an immediate fix or will it take some time for the market to register the change?
nvm: astro didnt actually save the modified file after editing it
Using root explorer now i guess the correct procedures would be
1) change the mount to r/w from r/o
2) modify the permissions of the build.prop to allow write access
3) modify build.prop
4) restore original permisions
5) change mount back to r/o from r/w
6) rerun market fix
Am i missing anything?
Read through the linked thread a bit more and seems that is all that is needed. Thanks for the point in the right direction.
This is what I do. Using Root Explorer I change the mount from R/W to R/O then alter the build.prop from Vega to olympus on that one line & then switch back to R/W. I don't change permissions. Then I go to settings>applications>market to clear market cache & then force stop. Next I go to settings>applications>google services framework to clear data & then force stop. Reboot. Then have full market. Always works for me.
Hi,
I tried to change DPI through LCD density modder app to dpi 226 in my sgs2.
After that the phone dont boot-up and got stuck at yellow triangle screen
I can go to CMW mode but dnt have any backup in that.i flashed Cf root again to check if that work, but nothing happen
NOTE: it got bricked because of change in DPI.not because of flashing wrong kernel so Flashing kernel wont help me
What to do,please help me
Can you mount USB in CWM to change the kernel ?
Because some kernels, like Siyah (I THINK ! I don't use Siyah...) purpose to clear some folder including DPI section...
So you can try to take one of this kernels, flash one, and find this option...
I'm not sure, just a supposition

You should be able to connect to your computer in CWM recovery mode, and edit the dpi setting in your build.prop file.
failing that, worst case scenario, just copy a new rom to ya sd and flash it in cwm, a custom one
seriously, you got bitten my friend, next time, do a nandroid backup and backup ya efs folder, double protection, coz seriously if ya gonna mess with stuff like the build.prop then ya need a backup plan.
If you really want to alter the dpi, then check the lcd density changers on google play, theres a few, but i know a couple of them let you test the dpi out first to see if it works on ya phone, if it doesnt it reverts back.

As above;
1. Download & instal Windows PC programs "Android Commander" and "NotePad++ "(not NotePad)
2. Boot into CWM Recovery
3. Connect to PC USB & allow/edit for any drivers to instal
4. Run Android Commander
5. Navigate to system/build.prop & copy to PC & edit ro.sf.lcd_density=240 with NotePad++. Check there are no entries added by the app (delete them if so) Save and exit
6. Replace build.prop with edited version
7. Exit program, connect USB and reboot
8. All else fails, wipe cache/Dalvik and reflash ROM.
Hope this helps
Edit: don't forget to remove/delete the LCD Modder app from data/app with Android Commander before rebooting, otherwise it may force your previous density changes and back to square one.
You can also extract the build.prop from your ROM download zip with 7Zip and use above method to replace it.

Thank you all for your help
when i flashed CF-ROOT,i didn't work,but when i flashed STOCK KERNEL,it worked
i saw the odin log, stock rom has factory image file which correct the DPI.i think so
Thanks for giving your precious time
I found this thread through google, so thought i might post my experiences for the next person that finds this the same way, maybe some of it will be relevant...
So i did the same thing with my galaxy Note: changed DPI with LCD density modder app, restarted and the phone wouldn't get past the white samsung screen.
I followed UpInTheAir's guide to step 7, but phone still wouldn't start. I hadn't made a backup of the EFS folder so i was getting pretty scared at this point as loading a new rom will wipe this folder and render the phone useless (as far as i understand)
I was reading elsewhere that the permissions need to be set to rw-r--r-- on the build.prop file, so i tried doing this with Android Commander with the phone in CWM recovery. Android Commander was spazzing out, error message when the program opens, constant "loading" bar going, but i just ignored all that. I went to /system/build.prop properties and tried to set the permissions to rw-r--r-- but after accepting that and going to properties again it hadn't updated the permissions.
I've never flashed a ROM before, or changed kernel, but i decided this might be a good time to learn.
I loaded franco.Kernel-r5 for galaxy Note (sorry if this is irrelevant in an S-II forum) but loading into CWM that is built into this kernel (i think it was a different version than i was using before) i was then able to update the permissions with Android Commander(tho it was still spazing out).
Restarted and BOOM she loaded. Understandably i was thanking God big time at that point
anyway, hopefully something in this mess of a post might come in useful to somebody , thanks for the good info UpInTheAir!
Hello, I had the same problem and had to re-flash the firmware.
I've seen on dpi changers comments on market that A LOT OF PEOPLE get the softbrick.
i want to change my dpi.
how am i supposed to do it ?
I can't believe my phone can't stand changing DPI.
Ive changed mine a few times by altering the build prop file but the icons were never centered properly. Eveything was smaller but moved towards top left of the screen. Since then i used Density Modder pro with no issues.

First of all you will get better answers if you asked in your device's relevant thread, TouchWiz Home usually doesn't take too well to dpi changes, you need to install a custom launcher app like apex or Nova, try installing one via adb, and then reboot and select your custom launcher as default when the system prompts you to select a launcher.

Try booting your device into safe mode, it should boot without loading the app that you installed to modify dpi. If you successfully boot into safe mode, you can uninstall the app then reboot.

Hi all,
I've sort of bricked my new razr this morining after a reboot...
after reading the thread about trebuchet, I saw that it is adviced to put it in the system folder of the ROM. I then did the same with my current launcher to improve the speed of it (I don't know at all if this is a good solution but I wanted to test anyway).
Problem now is that my launcher force close at phone boot with a basic message saying that the launcher has stopped and a single 'ok' button. when I press 'ok' the same message appear again after a few milli seconds and does not allow me to launch any task.
Then I guess that the only solution for me is to re-upload my ROM (Motorola Razr latest OTA) and that this will suppress my launcher in the system folder but I wanted to share this experience because maybe someone could know a good solution.
Thanks for your help!
Can you go into system settings before boot and just change the launcher? Possible like this
go home, menu, settings, applications, manage applications, running, scroll down to find ADW launcher, open, scroll down and click clear defaults. then when you go home, it should give you a choice to pick your desired launcher. Be sure to check the box on the bottom of the choice box to set your default launcher to your desired choice.
Actually, the launcher started to crash before the system gave me the hand and allowed me to do anything. No way to perform any action with the phone (not any action, nothing was possible under the ROM itself)
Then I finally found some time to get my computer and re-upload the official ICS OTA ROM of the Razr. It had done basically 2 things (and one was the one I was expecting or hoping): lose the root (obviously) and lose the settings of the 2 apps I putted under the phone /system folder.
After that I removed the 2 apps that were installed on /system and changed my default launcher to stay safe :fingers-crossed: (done today, that's why I came back to the thread now)
Everything is ok now.
BTW, I discovered that in the worst case, it is possible to do a full wipe / factory reset under the official / native Razr recovery, and even better, it is possible to install a ROM under this recovery.
Everything is under control at the end.
Thanks for your answer!
Hello!
Before proceeding. It is absolutely necessary for you to be on a stable TWRP build (currently, RC8, 3.0.2-0, and 3.0.2-1). Also, you must have already have had decrypted your ENTIRE phone. If your phone bootloops into TWRP, you probably didn't decrypt, and/or didn't flash no-verity properly, or it could also be that you are on an old TWRP build.
Here we have the base NRD90M ROM from LG.
I have added a few mods to it.
FEATURES
**Multi-user working!
**This ROM is deODEXd
**Has init.d support
**Modified build.prop for better performance and hardware utility
**Removed bloatware (including that HORRID Lookout)
**Force encrypt disabled
**New kernel built-in.
**Based off 3.18.31 from @jcadduono source (thanks so much)!
**Added in the blu_active governor and set as default (via post_boot)
**No-op scheduler is default, and recommended
**Updated build.prop for better Hotspot support.
**More build.prop tweaks
**init.d support baked into the kernel
**Battery life should be noticeably improved, with no loss of performance (maybe even a bit faster).
**No need to wipe anything. System and caches are automatically wiped.
**Updated to SuperSU 2.78 SR4
**Updated boot and shutdown animation to the Android 7 default (thanks @freeza )
**More bloat removed
** Now includes more performance tweaks.
**Full Busybox support included!
**Fixed updater-script and binary
**Removed Sony Bravia/Xperia Engine
**Zen_Decision HotPlug enabled by default. (This will improve battery life, especially when your screen is off)
**TCP Congestion controller set to Westwood+ (improved download speeds)
**KCAL Color Control! Plus the Color Control app! Thanks to @savoca for KCAL and the app! Thanks to @freeza for the updated KCAL.c source file
**IO Stats for scheduler turned off
**IO Read ahead set to 2048kb
**Added init.d scripts to optimize your phone, and keep it fast over time.
**VPN is fixed!
**Gallery locked files are fixed!
**Bluetooth and FM should be fixed!
**No hotspot or ADB debug issues!
**More things I can't remember.
Kernel built on the Linaro 6.1.1 x86_x64 toolchain
Latest: v5.1 combined with v5.5
v5.5 is intended only for people already on v5.1. It will not wipe anything, and your phone will not need to do its initial setup. 5.5 is an update only! You must first flash 5.1, then 5.5. You can tell TWRP to flash files in sequence, so it's no hassle. ZIP no longer checks your device, so be sure that you are flashing for the model the sticker on the phone says that it is.
Here are the changes for v5.5:
Removed boot state verification. This allows your device to pass CTS on SafetyNet. That means that you might be able to use a root hide program, or maybe full unroot within SuperSU, and perhaps apps like Android Pay and Pokemon GO will work. They will never work if root is detected, no matter what.
Used more independent defconfig lines, hopefully static will go away... I highly doubt it, might even cause a no-boot issue. If it does, just tell me and I'll fix it up.
The main changes here are even more battery saving
**some voltage control preparations (still not active)
**added a DNS resolver module to maybe help some people with hotspot.
**Bluetooth and FM should work even better than before (hopefully not worse lol)
** C-states are made aware in the kernel, so sleeping should be more effective, while waking up should be more snappy.
More things. Do it!
Here are the changes for v5:
**ViPER4Android is preinstalled
**Kernel updates to latest sources (no changes other than updates)
**Included Titanium Backup pre-installed. I highly recommend getting the license, this program rocks, and never has ads. With a license you can do batch functions, and theres more features.
**Included Kernel Adiutor to prepare future kernel updates (CPU/GPU under+over clocking later on). You can also use this to tweak I/O settings, governor, screen color). Everything should run pretty good as it is, but what I do, is set read_head in I/O to 2048, and disable I/O Stats. I also set it on boot. I do not recommend modifying any CPU or GPU frequencies since there are no changes in the kernel to allow for that.
**Updated to latest Super SU
If the ROM won't flash because it says you have the wrong device
This is likely due to the conversion thing you guys had to do to root. I don't have the AT&T device and I don't know about that conversion thing. To bypass it, open the ZIP, go into META-INF/com/google/android and delete only the file called updater-script. Replaced it with this one
No need to wipe anything. If you are on stock ROM, ODEXd or deODEXd, or any other NRD90M ROM, you don't need to wipe, the ZIP will take care of everything for you. /data will not be wiped, so all your old apps and settings will be there. Internal storage is of course untouched.
For anyone interested in my color options, they are:
My new settings are:
All 3 colors at 256
Saturation 68
Value 129
Contrast 127
Know that I love deep, rich, vibrant colors. Also, changing colors will not change effects on pictures taken! This is post-processing. Your phone's screen is what changes, not the files that you create.
Note: Adding saturation (vibrance) will always give some sort of color banding -especially since KCAL is post-processing. You can minimize color banding by ever-so-slightly reducing gamma (read as "Value" in the Color Control app), and by ever-so-slightly fine-tuning Contrast. The value changes would be minimal, and the color banding will only be reduced ever-so-slightly, but this is just how it is. Nonetheless, the device looks friggin amazing with the color options set.
Having issues? Read below.
I need you guys to hear me out on this...
I do not have this phone, I cannot do any sort of testing, nor do I keep up with your rooting method.
That said, I cannot fix things that were broken due to the bootloader (such as Static Boot), so if WiFi calling did not work for you after flashing the custom bootloader, please don't ask if it is fixed... I do not know how to fix it. When/if it is fixed, I will let you guys know that it is fixed and who to thank for said fix.
Additionally, I need you to tell me things that do not work. I might not be able to get to all messages, or questions, so if you see that I did not reply, ask again and again until I do... I will reply and answer (obviously don't spam). Be sure to quote me, mention me, or message me. I do not check-in with these threads, just the H918 thread. If you do not send me a notice, I will not know that my attention is needed.
What issues that are ROM-related, not user-related can you report? You will know it is user-related if you modified anything in the phone/ROM.
If you flashed a different kernel, I cannot help you; flash back to the NSS kernel, and re-test.
If you are unsure about an issue, do a clean flash (in TWRP: Wipe-->Advanced-->select Dalvik, System, Data, and Cache (DO NOT SELECT INTERNAL STORAGE OR SDCARD)-->Swipe to wipe-->Install ROM-->boot phone, do not change or install anything. Retry your issue, if it is fixed, great. If it persists, go into your SD Card, and Internal Storage, remove the folders called "Android" and ".android_secure", reboot and try again. Still doesn't work? Mention me and post it here.
Remember, you can backup your USER apps in Titanium Backup (do NOT backup system apps, or restore system apps/system data).
You can also backup your existing setup and apps in TWRP so you can flash back to your original setup. This is good if you did a clean flash, and your problem is still there, you can restore your backup and be like nothing was changed.
Thanks @zhuhang for V4A!
Major thanks to @Chainfire for creating SuperSU
Major thanks to @jcadduono for the root exploit, AND for the TWRP image(s), AND for inspiring me to learn to do it. Also, he supplied the stock System.img, boot.img, and sources for a custom kernel!/RealMVP
Viper4Android is included! To enable, run the app, and configure how you please!
More to come (as I learn to do it)
Please make any requests. If it is not too difficult, I will learn how to, and add it to the MODDED ROM!

Source for kernel is at (need to update)https://github.com/jcadduono/android_kernel_lge_msm8996/tree/android-7.0-security
Thanks to @jcadduono for the amazing original source he made for us ( you can find it here : https://github.com/jcadduono/android_kernel_lge_msm8996/tree/android-7.0-security
Everything is still working great! Thanks again @Tilde88. Those color settings are awesome, too. Much better than stock!
Glad to see this! Trying now..
UPDATE: Runs pretty smooth. Thanks again!
Yeah it worked perfectly now after replacing the updater-script (correctly). Thanks for doing this! My only request is just on adding the advanced power menu options such as reboot to recovery/bootloader Other than that - its perfect.

I second this! Advanced power menu with recovery/bootloader reboot would be great. I use ROM Toolbox Pro to boot into recovery as it is now.
Also, would like to put GApps Pico with the ability to add any extra Google features as necessary. I pretty much just use the play store and some services. I like minimal Google services and apps on my phone. For example, I use Waze instead of Google Maps, and I use Gmail, but not the app. I use a different email app but I cannot delete Maps or Gmail since they are system apps, just disable them and their services. I don't use OK Google, Google Now, Hangouts, etc... There are a lot more examples like this.

You can delete system apps by using a program such as Titanium Backup. You can also backup your apps, and restore them on other ROMs. Don't backup system apps, just user apps.
I recommend the Pro version of Titanium; I bought it years ago, and still use it today. One of, if not the actual best, backup/restore program.
With pro you can do batch files, instead of 1by1. Also good for games to save their current state.

Titanium Backup is great! I have the pro version as well and use it constantly. I guess I'm not really concerned with the apps taking up space, rather just starting with the bare minimum of necessary things and adding what is needed afterward. But I usually freeze the apps just to avoid any possible issues with deleting. Another app that is just as great is ROM Toolbox Pro. Their App Manager and Auto Start Manager have advanced freeze functions that show you every single activity, receiver, and service attached to each app and gives you full functionality over them.
@nikktrikk @twistedvip or anyone else that wants to test.
@me2151 has given me a new defconfig for the kernel which might fix the static boot thing. Can anyone try it out for me please? It can be found here. Let me know how it goes. Thanks.

Just flashed on my H910. Unfortunately, it still gave me the static screen upon reboot.
EDIT: It also seems to have made the phone very laggy compared to your original custom ROM.

You can flash the boot.img from the ROM you already have downloaded. Just extract it out of the .ZIP, go to twrp, and flash the image as Boot

Everything is still running great. Much better battery life than stock! Just wanted to let you know, the only thing I have found that is missing is the Screen Capture feature. On the stock AT&T ROM, it is included in the pull down menu from the top, but it is not here at all in the custom ROM. If you navigate to Settings>Display>Home touch buttons>Button combinations, you can actually see the capture icon used as an example in the help section in the bottom half of the screen showing how to rearrange the buttons. The center button shows the capture button icon, but that button is not an available button to choose from when actually rearranging the Home touch buttons.

I have no problem doing a screen capture, I just wanted to let you know for the sake of knowing that the capture button icon is not included. Just so you have a comprehensive list of features no matter how minor they might be

Its also on the second screen and is very handy and much faster. I know for me my case is of some crap rubber amd hard to hit both at the same time
Got the error that I'm not a 910. Tried swapping the update script to bypass the check, but now get an error that the update binary is missing while trying to flash it. Went to check and it is still the in the zip however. Did I miss something obvious?

Sounds like you broke the ZIP. Don't modify it on your phone. copy the ZIP to your PC (don't open it from internal storage). Well, since it's broken now, download it again. When it's done downloading, open the ZIP on your PC, remove only the updater-script file, and once you have only the update-binary, re-add the updater-script.
I made a copy before I modded it. I'll try your approach and give it another go. Thanks!

Still getting bluetooth shutting off randomly.
I flashed this using no wipe, as in instructions...on Dirty Santa AT&T rooted phone. Bluetooth STILL is completely annoying and disconnects whenever it feels like it. Even Bluetooth Auto Connect and Bluetooth Keep Alive are of no use as fixes. Any ideas??? Should I wipe and just flash your rom to clear up any bugs??
[EDIT] I JUST WIPED AND FLASHED...WILL POST RESULTS!!!!!
Thanks for your awesome work and thank you for your time!!!!
