I have unbranded amaze 4g running gb and bootloader unlocked from htc dev. Last month it runs very well without any problame.But suddenly i dont know what happen to it, its start restarting suddenly, i tried factory restet it from recovery but still problame not solved....
Plz help me experts

Unbranded amazes are similar unlocked right?
So if it's similar unlocked and your device resets randomly after inserting the sim maybe you should get a new sim? Could that be the problem?

I have already tried different sim but still problame occures but without sim my phone runs without any problame

If you had a branded amaze I would have run the ruu. The problem is that I doubt there's an Asian ruu for you to use. So I would relock the bootloader and try the ics updation process again to see if it helps.

A P-ROM, leaves it 100% unlocked, and I think full rom also..

unlocking the phone to use any sim card is totally irrelevent to the ROM itself. once you unlock for using any sim card it is unlocked forever

When you say unlocked, do you mean the bootloader or the sim?
If its the bootloader don't do the update. From what I have read, you will soft brick your phone.

Its the sim only i guess then....what i did is i bought an unlock code from cellunlock.net and unlokcked it by inserting a sim here in India...

I have a problem with my HTC amaze 4g its an international one that is unlocked for worldwide usage when I put an at&t sim card inside it the phone says no service if I put a btc sim card from the Bahamas it says no service but when I use a T-Mobile sim card it has service what can the problem b and the phone is unlocked

i would try to go here http://www.sieempi.eu/blog/2011/09/22/universal-sim-unlock-for-s-offed-htc-devices-536 and unlock it it sounds like uits not unlocked to me
But it don't ask for unlock code and its an international version

it just don have service it dont ask for unlock code and it jus works with tmobile right now im in the us and the btc sim card from batelco dont have any service either but im guess the batelco sim from the bahamas works on the at&t band also so i kno both of them wont work so i might have to bring the phone to do the Bahamas to see if it wud work over here i kno it is unlocked because they said its an international version unbranded and unlocked for worldwide usage. unlocking the phone isnt my main concern its the fact that it ain asking for an unlock ccode it just has no service in the us for at&t and the btc Sim and t mobile has spectacular service

read the instructions
load the program and wait for the prompt
then do the wire trick... might take a few tries
(was slightly tired when I attempted it, read it incorrectly and tried 10 times.... then re-read it and worked on 2nd try)
anyways, when I tried to put my AT&T sim in the card before SIM unlocked, it said something about foreign sim and prompted for an unlock code or something
One of these should be closed as well. OP posted the same question within a few hours...

Although the 3 handsets are branded ROMs, I don't think they are locked onto the 3 network.
Even if it is locked to three if you got it on a contract after 30 days you can request for an unlock which I did and now my phone is unlocked to all networks

I bought HTC one At&t version , and unlocked it and am using in ANOTHER country ,
Now when i press att software upade , its just not displaying anything , i only see the proccess of searching but nothing after , and i tried the regular software update it says mine is up to date , is there anyway i can update it ?

Hey, the same thing happened to me. I live in Ecuador, had to manually update with RUU. Then only downside is that everything gets erased.
