[Q] Help! I can't use my packet data connection. - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I flashed a ROM called Custom Rom Ceberus V5 (S3 Edition) by Frang
but the packet data connection does not appear in status bar when I touch it and I can't connect using packet data connection.
is it the ROM's problem or there's something I need to do?
Here's the screen shot of it..

Check the accespoint names in the 2nd screenshot. Maybe the entries have be deleted. If you need to get them back, you can check online if your carrier shows them somewhere.

Need fast help, is it possible to locate my lost X10?

Hi,
Got a big problem, I got drunk last night and lost my X10 :/ Is there a way I can locate my phone? There is a signal, but nobody is picking up, so it's probably somewhere out there in a snow. I didn't have any app for tracking installed -.- But I know google keeps trace of my phone, is it possible to force localization check of a phone? I want to use the benefit of being traced my whole life...
Just had a quick search and found something which should help.
Search for "plan B" by lookout mobile security on the android market. If you install it from your PC and read the instructions in the app description it should help.
Hope this helps.

Took me seconds to find answer on google. Always "search" before creating topic. It saves on pointless clutter on forums.

If I'm not mistaken thats the port for an external antenna..what I need to find out is where the actual internal antenna board or receiver is located on the main board...thanks for the reply though!!

I thought its the thing behind the home button.....and also has the speaker on it.
See if you can find it in the service manual.

Noticed that after running the root kit. Once you get root though, you can manually edit /system/etc/wifi/wifi_supplicant.conf and thrash the entry there, reboot.
I think I saw them when I first got the phone, before rooting. I assumed they were related to at&t access points.
I thought that they were att hot spot relevant too.

It could be, you may be right. Although I don't remember seeing it when I first pick my phone from att store. Either way I deleted them, and att hotspot still works. I have a backup either way. Will post if I notice some problem.
