Hi, I have a Xperia x10 mini and I turned it off so I could charge it up. After it had charged I turned it on but as soon as it turned on I started to use it and it turned off. Ever since then it keeps turning on, getting to the Sony Ericsson Logo switching off then rebooting again. I have literally tried everything. I tried to reboot it by holding down the middle button and the power button. I've tried to reinstall the firmware using PC companion. By the way it is rooted as well.
Is this phone completely messed up?
Hey guys, don't worry I fixed it by doing a complete restore.

Hi Guys!
I really need your help, I tried to downgrade my x10 mini, but it kicked me in some weird boot loop thingy.
The screen is frozen and I can't turn it off, the master reboot just reboots it and it starts where it left.
What should I do?
Is there any way I can shut it off entierly and update it with SEUS?
I'm desperate for help!

In my case, SEUS detected the mobile and allowed me to flash it anyway. I can't remember if I pressed the back or the home key while rebooting in order to make SEUS detect it. But I remembered that it costed me a little before SEUS allowed me to reflash the mobile. Patience...
After doing a load of work on my x8, I decided to fix my x10 mini that's been lying around.
The first problem I encountered was the fact that it automatically boots up when it's been shut off, being the reason I stopped using it.
Second problem is that I can't seem to boot it in flash mode. The problems may be connected.
I've installed the drivers needed through flashtool and it works fine for my x8, but when I shut down my x10 mini and hold back, it just wont connect. The screen stays black and nothing happens...
I've searched for a while and haven't found anything, but then again I'm not known for being a thorough lurker.
Any help would be appreciated.
I'm a bit confused here.. your phone automatically restarts when you turn it off, but when you try to connect it in flash-mode it does nothing? not even start?
Anyway, to me it sounds like your powerbutton gets stuck a bit every now and then, which might explain it automatically restarting after you turn it off, and if it's stuck it might prevent you from entering flash-mode too. My two cents...
Hello guys.
Got a problem, asking for help. For myself, I have an LT18i arc S device, which is working just fine.
But a friend of mine got SE U20i X10 mini pro, on which I've opened bootloader, flashed nAa kernel and CM7mini ROM. He did play with phone for ~6-7 months and did bring it back as total brick. I cannot even reflash with SEUS, cause I cannot access flashmode. I've tried all the tricks, but after removing battery and pressing back key, after connecting USB cable, it simply turns on, shows "Sony Ericsson" and freezes for a century.
No LED, nothing happens. Tried ALOT of times, nothing. Tried with home+power+back key, same. any tips what I can do? I'm already starting to think phone is dead and I need JTAG to repair it...
anyone? I tried gazillion variants gazillion times, no luck, still the same..
Hi
Did you get around this? I got an e10a (X10 mini) with the same problem. Got an error after flashing from 1.6 to 2.1
No LED, no boot-loop, nothing! Can't access flash-mode. Tried pressing power + back & or power + home buttons and there is nothing...
I think is screwed beyond diy-repair... Need special hardware/software...
Hi. My xperia Neo crashed, I tried to send a photo via bluetooth and the phone just turned off. I tried to turn it on, it appears the "SONY" screen, then the "XPERIA" screen, and then it restarts, over and over again with the same 2 screens. I searched topics, they say that I have to flash it, but I can't start the phone in flash mode, with power and back buttons, any software (Companion, flashtool) don't detect the phone. Is there any solution?

Hi, I´ve got similar problem. A year ago my Neo V went dead (I thought so). Just for fun, I tried to connect it to PC yesterday and what happened? It started charging and after few minutes I started it (YAAAY)! So I thought It was just some bug that disapiered after discharging. So I did a hard reset, to gain factory settings, repair the firmware via PCcompanion, everything was OK until I shove a memory card inside. After that it died again. Its not charging, no reaction after connecting to PC, no reaction on ON/OFF button, no reaction for button-hard-reset, no response while trying flashing with EMMA or FLASHTOOL, nothing... Does anybody knows what to do with it or do I have to wait again until it discharge and pray it would work after that?
help
I have the same problem as you did it to solve? :crying:

It started that my phone suddenly soft-brick and I was unable to start it, then I read that I have to Flash it with PC Companion, I did that, Companion reflashed the whole system, didnt work, then, I tried to Flash it using FlashTool didnt work. Phone vibrates on startup. After all these tries, my phone, on boot-up show nothing just black screen and the green led blink 2 times. Please help, thank you !
