Procedure to install custom FONTS is really easy just follow these steps given below :-
Download and install this app from the GOOGLE PLAY(its free) iFont app and come back here
DOWNLOAD THE "Anmol7ify~Fonts.zip" given below in the ATTACHMENTS and extract it on your computer. DONT FORGET TO CLICK THANKS
NOW PUT the extracted fonts .ttf files(cavier,crysis,olney,thinlines etc) in the SDcard > iFont (folder) > custom (folder) of your phone.
now OPEN the "iFONT" app from the drawer and click on the CUSTOM tab and select the desired FONT from the font list.
after clicking on the desired FONT...click on SET > OK > OK phone will reboot automatically,so dont panic
ENJOY YOUR ANDROID WITH NEW LOOK AND FEEL
You can request a FONT STYLE,and it will be updated :angel:

And BTW not much delighted fonts xcept few on iFont and another font app in market does not have much.. Hope we could add ourselves and change...

CUSTOM FONTS are attached to the THREAD take a look u can apply it through iFont custom font menu.....their are many fonts that iam going to update regularly...so basically this is a thread for awesome FONT STYLES..which will be updated frequently...and the full tutorial is for new people...

extract rosemary.ttf from the zip file and place the rosemary.ttf in SDcard> iFont(folder) > custom.. open ifont app go to custom menu..select rosemary & reboot

Hi guys! Once again, it is me with a new newbie thread. As some of you guys asked me how to change a font on our phone, so here is the perfect & easy guide for it.
Attention -
1. This works with all ROMs as long as your phone is rooted.
2. Custom fonts are also applicable if the font is made in a flashable zip. Just flash them in xRecovery. But, for some fonts, you may get (Status 0) in recovery. So instead, use the below steps.
Steps -
1. Firstly, install a custom font with a ttf. format. Today we will be using Samsung's cute font "Chococooky" for this guide. Put it into your SD card.
2. Install "Font Changer (Root)" from the Play Store.
3. Open the app, after it opened, exit the app.
3. Open any file manager of your choice, and find your saved font, and paste it into a folder named ".fontchanger".
4. Open Font Changer again, let it load a while...
5. Click the "Chococooky" font and click "Apply".
6. After that, reboot your phone.
7. Voila, your phone has a new font!!
Notice -
1. Use the lovely "SEARCH" button for the font you are searching for!

Yes, and I think CM7 is also like that. I think if you want to edit the lockscreen font, it requires a special made flashable zip.

I mean that it should always show the battery % regardless it is charging or not.

Oh yeah I remember now. Well.. maybe in the future IScreamDX will have that option. I think it needs to be ported from AOKP ICS or something... so.. Just stay tuned.

You mean Paul's ICS? Yes I have that. Or.. MiniCM9? MiniCM9 bugs list is handled by Matmumant. So there's no need for that. Or.. IScreamDX and GingerDX? Oh yes... I have that too.

Goto ihint.net there are many fonts you could chose, and the best thing is all symbol (including kaemoji, emoji, arabic, korean, etc) are included....
been using his font for several months, had no problem reading message (symbolic n autotext) from my friends (blackberry user)

You mean clock font in lockscreen didn't change?
If yes then you can also do this with fontchanger, just go to advanced tab and there select Clockopia - this is font of clock in lockscreen in CM7 and probably lower Android versions.
In CM9 there are another fonts, AndroidClock, AndroidClock_Highlights and AndroidClock_Solid, if you change manually the first one, you'll change the font of clock in lockscreen.

Go Launcher have built-in option to change font in launcher, icon, he can't change system fonts, lockscreen font etc.

Some part of my touchscreen aint working, so i took it there & dey told me it cant be repaired.. they re giving me another one, need to wait for 3-5days starting from Monday [30/7/2012]!

didnt work
i tried it in my rooted x8 running on gingerelite v2 2.3.7.... neither did it work when i placed the zip file in /system/app with changed permissions.... Nor did it install when i manually unzipped and tried to install the defaulttheme.apk..... Am i doing something wrong? Should i delete the defaulttheme in system/app? Should i extract it and then place only apk file in system/app
Help would be appreciated cuz i really like ur theme from the screenshots

well it is based on .587 so propably it will work...take backup and try.

The Icons my friend are not changed with the defaultthemes.apk so its not included.
I changed them on my own with apex launcher and its from my personal collection from various sources.
If you want tell me what you liked exactly and i ll give it to you

Oho....is it so?? after this post, i decompiled the defaultthemes.apk to search for the icon set.but it was not there...i think they must be included in framework-res.apk im using the Xperia Solar Launcher(by replacing the original home.apk) as secondary launchers slow down the phone.

WisdomSky Xploit is a module for Xposed framework. This module will customize the colors of your statusbar(for now). You don't need to decompile any apk. You just need to install the needed android applications. Very safe, and 100% noob-friendly!!!

Soft Reboot or Full Reboot is the only way sir...
and for changing toggle icons color, I still say no... but I can Implement changing the icons itself with a new image from your sdcard...

IDK if this is possible because for most stock ROMS (Samsung, LG, HTC) it involves smali changes but do you think removing AM/PM in clock could be an option in the future?

font style change is already suppprted... you can select from Bold, Italic or Bold-Italic...

if you want it that bad... then I can issuea small update regarding clock... which will remove AM/PM...

But, I have a little problem. If I change anything regarding the clock, it disappears the next softreboot. Statusbarcolour is ok.
Tested with newest 2.1 release. (CM10.1 I9300)
Nevertheless, this mod saves me a lot of time de-/compiling my systemUI

Open archive A5 Addons open folder system/app, priv-app and see all list names of app, you must renames your system/app and priv-app in your phone same like A5 Addons.

Going to try that and let you know tomorrow. I decided to flash the two zip files directly through PhilZ recovery since I am currently testing the S5 Project v3.1 rom and you said it would work out okay on that one.

Already test on S5 Project v3.1 and it's fully works, but you need renames app manually following A5 Addons.
i flashed both file.. why only one basic theme there.. how many theme supposedly ?

Im using Ploiki S5 ROM V3.3 BETA
Hmm i dont know, my solution is i copied all the theme into system/prive-app and i change the permission to rw-r-r, then i rebooted and the themes now appear in theme chooser, maybe it's wrong way.. But i can see all the themes now

Try use the new version of ploiki ROM it's more stable, im using ploiki rom to but with new version and all works fine

Just flash A5 Addons coz the apps is same, only update some apps and launcher, no need uninstall note 4 addons.

Yes, but u need use s5 port Rom first like S5 S-T-E Rom or S5 Mini lollipop.
tested on lollipop port rom ver 2.5
all working excellent accept the touchwizhome apk...still the same...

Sorry friend i can't do that coz S6 Apps only support for Lollipop
but if you want try mode some apps like S6 you can try this ROM
