First you need to have 23 toggle Mod on your device from post #1.(OR Any other custom Mod that using lidroid-res.apk) you can download any of from below mentioned theme and flash on existing 23 Toggle Mod to change color and BG of Toggles.
Installation :
1. Make sure you have 23 Toggle mod on your device ( get from post #1 )
2. Download from any of below mentioned vrtheme zip file
3. Flash zip from CWM/TWRP/Mobile odin
4. Reboot.
PS : Flashing any of theme from this post, won't change anything other than Toggle color and background.

and delete lidroid-res.apk from system/framework

If you can't do manually then will add revert zip in morning, just don't messup backup files.

bro it wud b very helpful if u cud attach the revertback file nw, the file present on my external sd card is systemUI.zip while thee one in the folder specified by u is apk..

You have to copy systemUI.apk from int SD to system/app
Then change permission rw-r-r

Didn't work with ARHD 14 ROM with both Simplistic and Xposed frameworks installed.
Anyways, I have restored the systemUI from back up and deleted the other two lidroid files as instructed. So back to square one.
But, honestly speaking, loved the mod the way it looks in the screen shots and seriously wished that it worked for me.

And you can understand previous 3D toggle will be replace by 23 3D toggle(for which mod is presented)

For simplistic user i have already added this
First backup your system/framework/lktog-res.apk
and replave with this
Reboot And Flash light Crash is sorted and will update new version to OP soon

What is UOT Kitchen? The kitchen allows you to customize the visuals of your phone by cooking up mods online. The kitchen can be access here

A word warning the following steps involve grabbing files from your phone’s root folder and flashing your phone with a UOT update package. Needless to say, this stuff is not recommended for beginners and the faint of heart. I believe the chances of bricking your phone is present especially if you missed a step.
On the other hand, I have done it to my SGY for about five times now following the below steps and I have not experienced any failures at all. Still, do not blame me if something goes wrong with your unit, OK?
*Requirements:*
* A rooted device (in this case, the Samsung Galaxy Y)
* A root explorer app installed on your device.
* A fully charged device (at least 90% charge left on its battery).
*Preparation – Copy the required files to your PC.*
1. Create a folder on your sdcard (this step is optional. I only included it so I could easily spot where I put the files I will be copying later, due to the clutter of my sdcard. I named my folder “here”).
2. Using root explorer, copy (that’s c-o-p-y, not m-o-v-e) the following files to your /sdcard:*
* /system/framework/framework-res.apk
* /system/framework/tw-framework-res.apk
* /system/app/SystemUI.apk
3. Connect your phone to your PC and transfer the above files from your sdcard to your desktop.
A word of caution: Ensure that the root folder (/) is mounted as read only (R/O). This way, you are assured that you will not make any accidental modifications to your device while copying the above files to your SD card.
*Modification*
1. Visit the UOT kitchen page. Choose the mods you like (battery, icons, status bar etc.)
2. Ensure that the mods you are choosing are compatible for ldpi(240x320) screens.
Note: For some reason, status bar transparency does not work on the SGY. Same goes for boot animations. If you are going to attempt modifying boot animations, just ensure that you direct the kitchen to place them to the system/media/ folder of your phone, and your screen size is appropriately selected as well.
*Uploading*
3. Once you are satisfied with your mods, click File Upload.
4. Under Select flashable zip scripting, select Edify Scripting. Under update-binary, select Type Galaxy.
5. Under Flashing folders for system files, verify that the correct folders where framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk will be placed (see item no. 1 above).
6. Leave Patch9 autofix checked.
7. Under ThemeChooser preview, tick Generate preview for ThemeChooser. Under that, select mdpi (320x480) / ldpi (240x320).
8. Under Select your rom from kitchen's list, or upload your own files, select Upload system files. Upload the 3 files abovementioned.
Once your files are uploaded proceed to the Summary page. If all your mods are in green, click Submit work to kitchen. Once your files are submitted you will be given a filename of your update package in zip format. Remember your package name and proceed to the pickup page.
Wait for your package at the pickup page. Once it becomes available download and copy it to the root folder of your sdcard. You are now ready to flash your UOT mod.
*Flashing*
1. Reboot your phone to recovery mode (press up arrow+home+power simultaneously).
2. Wipe your cache (do not choose factory reset).
3. Apply your packaged mod as an update.
4. Reboot your phone again (you can opt to wipe your cache again, if you wish).
Important note: If you want to revert back to stock, just upload the 3 files to the kitchen without selecting any mods at all. Save it and flash it to your phone thru recovery mode. I recommend creating an unmodified UOT update first just in case something goes wrong with your mods. As always, FLASH at your own risk.
Addendum to important note: If you choose include font modifications as well and decide to revert your mods to stock by flashing your unmodified UOT package, you will find that your fonts remain modified. If you wish to revert back to the stock font as well, just create another UOT package using only “Fonts” modifications. I believe the default font is F01 Droid Sans.

My icons for my dock are from the adw theme glow legacy pro that I extracted to use the icons with desktop Visualizer, but will not share as it is a paid app. The other icons are from the launcher pro website (free).
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Easy way: flash via cwm. (Should work, untested)
Slow, safer way:
1. Download and extract zip.
2. Make sure you have a way to recover from bootloops.
3. Using root explorer or equivalent, copy systemUI.apk in the extracted app folder to /system/app/ and overwrite the old one (make a backup of it first). Change the permissions to rw-r--r-
You will now get FC errors and might even crash, this is normal! Reboot.
4. Do the same with framework-Res.apk and twframework-Res.apk into the /system/framework/ folder. You will crash after doing framework-res.apk, that is normal. Now download the music player.apk and googlequicksearchbox.apk and put them in system/apps/ like you did with systemUI.apk. These two are only needed if you want the themed music controls and search widget.
DO NOT FLASH 3.0, EXTRACT AND MANUALLY COPY PNGS INTO YOUR APK!
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BRICKS/BOOT LOOPS! I am not sure if it will work on the international 4.0, try at your own risk.

I tried to flash it using CWM, but unfortunately it didn't work. It booted, then asked me which launcher I wanted to use. But it didn't respond, and after like 10 secs of freezing it goes ack to the bootanimation at startup, then again asks me which launcher I want to start, then again bootanimation showup, etc etc etc.

Hmm, I just thought of a possible reason of this not working: I am still odexed, meaning I still have a systemUI.odex instead of it being built into the apk. Now, if someone was deodexed, that would mean they wouldn't have the systemUI.odex, hence a problem, correct?

yeap odex files contain large part of code.Upload odex file too or manualy deodex systemui. Maybe stock rom dont need this.

Okay, posting the systemUI.odex, will look into deodexing it later.
The only thing I don't know about is if the odex will work for a deodexed rom, or if it needs to be deodexed. For now, I would maybe stay away from this if you are deodexed, unless you are willing to go through bootloops, etc.

Alright, after looking into deodexing it, I have decided that I really don't have time to work on it now, as I need to get ready to go on a 2 week trip this Sunday. So, the theme is there, it should work on a stock, odexed rom, and if anyone wants, they can deodex it. If not, I will work on it when I get back. I might be able to remove the "Jim's 4.0" this evening, and make it flashable with cwm.

I believe the updated version should flash correctly using cwm as I simply sent the files through uot kitchen. And, yes, you can just install it manually, which is what I recommend. I have instructions to do so in the op.
Btw, are you trying to make this work for the 5.0, I am having trouble understanding what you are trying to do? (sorry, my fault, not yours!)

This mod will work only on tw based Odexed/Deodexed ROM only, If you have doubt about your ROM, still you can try this rom. Just follow instruction below.
1.Download Transparent_sb_Grey_circle_battery.zip OR Transparent_SB_green_circle_battery.zip
2.DOwnload SystemUI_revert.zip
3..Flash Transparent_sb_Grey_circle_battery.zip first.
-Reboot device
If it works fine then continue using mod.
If mod doesn't work / If it works fine but still you want to move to original stat then follow this
3. Reboot to recovery and Flash SystemUI_revert.zip
This will restore your previous file.
Remember this will work only if you do this in order I have said above. ANY MODIFICATION IN ORDER, IT WONT WORK.

Thoes who are knowing about ROM can directly downlad attached SystemUI.apk and replace with existing application in system/app
Don't Forget to delete SystemUI.odex

You mean same titanium battery module I have posted in xposed battery tweaks?
You can simply use that with xposed framework, you need to install two apk only.
Or you have any issue using xposed?

I am using titanium mod for xposed at the moment but would love transparent status bar. If I flash this mod can I select the xposed mod and that will replace battery mod in your zip? Hope that makes sense

i installed it through recovery mode, now the status bar has disappeared, forgot to take backup b4 installing, am using alliance rom on note 2 n7100.. plz let me knw wht is to be done nw...
Same happen to me. Replace on a n7105 stock rom and my status bar is gone. Now reverting back to stock systemui.
I'm sorry that I didn't read OP properly. My Rom is deodex and that's the reason of the problem.

Of course you can use that module with this mod, your statusbar remain transparent and battery icon will be according xposed module.

Here
Black Status bar with White Icon + Green circle battery [FOR Odexed/Dodexed]
Install
This mod will work only on tw based Odexed/Deodexed ROM only, If you have doubt about your ROM, still you can try this rom. Just follow instruction below.
1.Download Black_sb_green_circle.zip
2.Download SystemUI_revert.zip
3..Flash Black_sb_green_circle.zip first.
-Reboot device
If it works fine then continue using mod.
If mod doesn't work / If it works fine but still you want to move to original stat then follow this
4. Reboot to recovery and Flash SystemUI_revert.zip
This will restore your previous file.
Remember this will work only if you do this in order I have said above. ANY MODIFICATION IN ORDER, IT WONT WORK.

You can change battery icon with xposed module
You can expect some variable later, most likely will change 3D toggle color only. Also 3D toggle for Simplistic is in list of 'to do'.
Download And Install for full version [FOR Vrtheme read post #2]

yes, did not work. I wiped cache and dalvik but no effect. messed up the toggles so re flashed ARHD and tried on stock. it is working and looking great there.

perhaps u should replace the image to lktog-res.apk

PREQUISITES :
1. Samsung Galaxy Win GT-i8552. Rooted or not, it doesn't matter, the ROM is pre-rooted.
2. CWM (6.0.4.5 Recommended).
3. Class 6 or up External SD Card (Class 10 Recommended) If you do not have External SdCard then no swap will be made.
4. Click the THANKS button
HOW TO INSTALL :
1. Be sure you are ROOTED first and have CWM Custom Recovery.
2. Put "TranSWin_ROM_v2.zip or v3" file in root of your sdcard.
3. Boot into CWM Recovery mode (VOL UP+ HOME + POWER)
3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
4. Wipe Cache Partition.
5. Advance->Wipe Dalvik Cache->GoBack
6. Install zip
7. Choose zip from /external_sd
8. choose "TranSWin_ROM_v2.zip or v3".
7. Wait till it finish.
8. Wipe Cache Partition Again.

1. Create your image file (.PNG) size 106x100 pixel.
2. Rename it with my_prof_normal.png.
3. Get your SystemUI.apk and put it to your pc.
4. Open it with 7zip
5. From 7zip, go to res/drawable-mdpi
6. Drag your image file "my_prof_normal.png" inside the 7zip window, overwrite it.
7. Close 7zip, push it to /system/app, set permission to rw-r--r--
8. Reboot your device.
9. Done.

Pleae move clear button to top of notification bar as like in wacky rom. Because of it I goes habitual of clear button in top as it is more convenient to use in top.

You can do that by adding the toggles in notification_panel_active_app_list entry in the settings storage database.

I think it will work on odex rooted ROM
You only need to replace
framework-res.apk
systemui.apk
and delete
systemui.odex
Be sure to backup those old files you delete :highfive:
And remember, if you replace framework-res.apk
your account email will be gone, you need to add your accounts again
