i have galaxy note SHV-E160S korean ver and my android ver is 2.3.6 gingerberad
i want to update my android to ics4.0.4 or jb4.1.2
kies not updating my phone and i break my phone 2 time whit odin becuse i have wrong rom
please help me in this androind ver my sms is 80 character and i search and not fix

You can download and flash original ics firmware.

but i dont know which one i most selected
and whats differnt bee tween uf24 and uf13 ???

Yes you can flash it but since you don't really understand how to flash it, I'll advise you to:
1. wait for Samsung to update your phone, or
2. Visit Samsung service center and ask them to upgrade your phone to latest ICS firmware.
Those two options above are safer for you as a beginner
