Hi all i think a lot of people want Miuiv5 for our droid razr so i decided to make thread about porting it..
Is there somebody who have knowledge about porting MIUI ? i haven´t but i want it so if you can help me i will try to port it...I think it can´t be as hard because Samsung Galaxy S II (GT-I9100G) have miuiv5 and this device is using same chip as razr(TI Omap 4430).
So if you have any ideas how to port it lets write it here

why don't you ask bkjolly he is willing to help port ROMs heck on Twitter he even said if your willing to ask he'll teach you to port

Hey guys.
I am new to android rom development and i have some questions to ask.
I had Xperia Arc S and i miss that mofo so i was wondering can u guide me a bit to port to i9100. I am linux user and i just need few steps. I tried to port Xperia rom from Nexus cuz i heard its easier if devices are similar, has same processor and sh*t like that.
Any help would be appreciated.

sorry ma8 , u cannot port ur Arc S rom on I9100, due to difference in Hardware
Hm. Is it possible to port from i9200 cuz some1 ported that rom to i9200?
Hi, i need an experient to tell me what i got do to to port an jb rom of samsung galaxy mini to my optimus boston (zt1 and variants). we got almost the same hardware but we dont have jb or ics so i want to port it. someone can help me pls
i just tried porting a galaxy s2 rom on to my mmx A110..!! havnt flashed it yet...!!
what are the consequences of flashing it.....i mean the pros n cons...!!!

There are several tutorials on how to port roms. Just use the search and find them, then try it

i seen that both the phones have same qualcomm chipset. So is porting possible?

No, for that we either need a custom rom which can act as base or an Too experienced developer who have ported roms using stock as base.So, i don't thinks think that porting will be possible but you can still try might luck turns in your favour :fingers-crossed:
yse search for compatible customs roms are use any themes to display it :cyclops:
it is possible i guess.. i have ported ROMz for MTK , not sure how qualcomm works .... but i have seen many people porting it...
