I just wanted to share my Modded TW Launcher and SystemUI base on Krylos V8.

How to:
TouchWiz Rotation Enable.
1. Decompile SecLauncher2
2. edit integers.xml with notepad on /res/value/ (notepad++ recommended)
3. edit value of
Code:
<integer name="config_screenOrientation">5</integer>
4. 5 for rotation disable. Change to 3, to enable rotation.
CM Battery SystemUI
1. decompile systemui.apk
2. change battery icon on /res/drawable-hdpi
3. Thats All

Why don't you request a Q and A section too?
Screen rotation is working like charm! I don't really get why this whole guide of decompiling and not saying you just have to replace the old apk with this new one. but never the less great!

I think we have a mini Q & A in General, and a Themes and Apps section is needed for than Q&A, my opinion.

Its how to make the Rotation Launcher and to make the SystemUI.
to Install it you just need to push it to system/app. hehe.

1 Download from the market Root Explorer
2 Run it and close abititing the super user access
3 Download my 3 rar and extract "Settings.apk", "framework-res.apk" and "twframework-res.apk" in your Galaxy
4 Open Root explorer, make sure you have select on the top "mounted as r/o" and copy settings.apk in system\app and framework-res.apk and twframework-res.apk in system\framework

So Now that I have this looking presentable I figured it could use its own thread... This is a port of a theme posted in our forum...
Not sure where the rest of the images came from, but the icons are ibox by hockey... who does some pretty amazing theme work.
This is not a flashable .zip file... please unzip the file and open the readme... it is full of useful information... Including the winning lottery numbers for tomorrow night... If you have any problems or suggestions, remember to use respect and be polite...

the files are the same...
I tried it and it did not work on my Vibrant.
It rebooted it and I got a black screen only.
I'm glad that I back up my rom and restored everything back to normal.
yeah same here. black screen after the galaxy S logo.
wish it worked though, looks like a cool theme!

the vibrant's Framework is set up way different than the i9000 or the captivate... If you would like I could port this over for you, seeing as I have a vibrant to test it on...

hi..this is my 1st mod mms.apk, it based on holo ICS 4.1 modified stock mms.apk..
i just modified a bit... next time will be more things changed color..
just want to share ^_^
if you like it, just download from link above then flash it to system/apk manually..
here is the steps :
1) extract the zip to your phone to get the "SecMms.apk".
2) paste it to /system/app.
3) remove or backup your stock SecMms.apk and its odex to .bak file (just rename it)
4) change permission of your new SecMms.apk to rw--r--r .
5) reboot

I'm running chuckybeans masterrom v7, with cwm recovery and cocore kernel v 5.6.2+
I tried to flash your secmms.apk as told, step by step.
Used ES File Explorer with root permissions to copy the file
Now, the problem is, that my device wont start... just shows the first screen with device model and so on
then it turns off again...
donwload and recovery mode are still functioning
Can you help me, please?

This Has Been Tested on the SIII Mini So it's Applicable on the S Advance the same way like the Quad Lockscreen was applicable on SIII Mini and i got it done on the S Advance....
Dev's Can try it out and all themer's can also try... do ur backups, nandroids and then start ur work safely.... If you can do it successfully then lemme know and report back on the thread so that the people around the thread can also do it

I have another way to do this....
1.- Root your phone
2.- Install xposed installer (google it)
3.- Install icon themer for Xposed
4.- Install an icon pack of your taste
5.- Open icon themer
6.- Select your icon theme
7.- Done

i try to mod my LGSystemui.apk, i can compile the apk but i cant recompile the apk again
the log is attached, i use advanced apk tool and android multitool. but both shows the same log for this issue

The LGSystemUI.apk is odexed. You have to deodex it before decompiling for the mod.
