I put the PG05IMG on my HTC Thunderbolt when I reboot my phone in the boot loader hacking the image and that's all.what I need to do why not load the PGO5IMG?

Because the bolt got a new bootloader with the update to ICS. If you're running sense 3.6 on your bolt you have to change the main version,downgrade the bootloader, unlock, s off and then upgrade through ROMs to be rooted. Use this guide here.

How I change my main version? And downgrade the bootloader? I root HTC inspire 4 g very easy but the thunderbolt give me a lot headache

Just follow that guide. The thunderbolt and inspire 4g are totally different. That method is the only current method for rootting this device while it is on ICS.

The allinone tool or any of the unlock tools for the bolt will not work for the ICS update.

Its some Chinese ROM but work very well. no bug. I use this ROM on my HTC inspire 4g its very fast

And i don't have clock word mode recovery on bolt when i rooted automaticly installed the 4ext recovery not the clock word mode recovery
