have you tried fixing permissions? or tried the s4v kernel over the stock official.leaked ics rom

he can get around being s on by using flashimage GUI

roll back your radio, then really flash the ics rom, and all should be well, the newer radio is recommended but not mandatory

do you not remember ? where are you from ? what hboot are you ? have you downgraded your hboot ? do you know your camerea hardware revision (2*5mp or 2+5mp) ? are you s-on / off ? il try work out which is the correct radio

what country are you from
or, http://www.filefactory.com/f/4ef0ef536face67a/ go here and find your official rom, then place it on your sd card, then open up app flash image gui, and tell it to extract the boot img from that rom, and let it reboot, let me know if that works, then hit the thanks button

Hi. I am currently s-off and would like to install the meanbean rom. My firmware is out of date and I am not exactly sure how to update it. I don't want to take any risks of losing my s-off. Can someone point me in the right direction of going about updating my firmware while retaining s-off? Many thanks.
Just go to the thread xHausx has and download the 3.1? firmware that DOESN'T have the new hboot, kernel and recovery. Rename it to PJ75IMG.zip and flash through bootloader.

Hmm. I seem to be having a problem. I followed the steps to run the zip file through the bootloader and everything was a go, but my baseband still seems to still be at 1.12. Any ideas?

1.12.11.1119 is the latest baseband

nope just follow the insructions as Jordin said update the radio zip renaming it as PH85IMG.zip and apply it from your bootloader nothing will change also thanks for hitting my 100th thanks lool

If your max is INTERNATIONAL T6UL and on hboot 2.49.0000, go to the link below and read post number (106) and follow instructions to S-OFF

There is no risk at all , but your mobile is a t-mobile so I don't know if this will work on your devices

Its N from WWE model of HTC One M9.
Just the system, boot and recovery backup from TWRP. Not a port.
It seems to work just fine on my unlocked Sprint.

you need s-off to flash a kernel.
so he probably means S-off.

S-Off is required to flash TWRP, right?
All you need is TWRP.
And by unlocked, I meant SIM unlocked.
