I purchased a Note 2 from someone who had tried to root the device and in the process bricked the thing. I was able to get the phone into download mode, and using odin3 v3.07, flashed the factory rom running JB 4.1.2. Everything was a success except the gallery will not open and gives a message about low storage and to delete unwanted files. The internal sd shows 0kb of storage available but there appear to be no files at all. Its as if the internal sd doesnt even have any storage available at all.
I have connected via usb and no files show up in the devices internal memory. It actually shows as -10000000 something bits.
I have tried both options from the factory reset menu (power/volume up/home button).
Should I have selected re-partition when flashing with Odin?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I recently purchased the AT&T Samsung note from a friend who accidently bricked the device. I flashed the device using ODIN and a tar file which brought the phone back to life. Now the phone allows me to make phone calls, text and install apps from Google play but i cannot access the Internal or External SD. The option to format the usb drive is available but nothing happens. System storage shows i have 1.85GB and USB storage Unavailable. I have tried searching for a *.pit file for the I717 but no luck.

Send it to repair.
Hello everyone,
My internal storage for my device is FUBAR at the moment. Here’s the story:
The tablet is a US model Asus Memo Pad FHD 10 LTE (ME302KL). Rooted and bootloader unlocked, android 4.2.2
I tried flashing cromi-xenogensis 4.7.0 for the Asus TF300T. The result was no being able to get past the Asus throbber loading animation. To add to this I used an incorrect version of TWRP (2.7.1.1) to flash cromi-xenogenesis.
I proceeded to do a full wipe of my device using these fastboot commands
fastboot erase system, data, cache, boot
I flashed TWRP again, and proceeded to do a ADB sideload of the latest US firmware for my device found on the ASUS site.
I am now successful in booting up the stock ROM, however I am unable to send any files to the internal storage in the device via usb. When I copy a file into the internal storage, the windows progress bar stays full forever and does not show estimated time etc. The free space/used space shows up as unknown in windows. The microSD works fine though.
The camcorder app shows “no external storage available” message when opened, and the play store shows “unfortunately Google play store has stopped”. The file manager shows no files or folders under the internal storage.
I have already tried:
- Rebooting the device
- Clearing cache for play store, file manage, camcorder
- Restoring device to factory settings via settings
- Deleting my USB drivers, and reinstalling drivers
- Tried both MTP file transfer and PTP file transfer
To summarize, I would really like to get access to my internal storage, and I think that fixing the internal storage will allow my playstore etc. to work again. I would really appreciate any support with this issue

My G3 is a blank slate right now.
I put the SD card into my PC and downloaded the CM12 file and the Gapps file. Now with it back in the phone I can't find them. I click install > External Sd > nothing there.
Under "mount" it wont let me click the SD card.
Where do I start?
I would plug the phone in and reflash back stock and start over. But u could try mounting the the phone as usb storage and dl the files directly to it thn search for them on the internal storage since it wont connect to the sd.

Plug it into where and reflash it how? You have to ELI5. I'm reformatting my SD card now to see if it will recognize it.
Wow. I really had to go through some trial and error there. I spend the last few hours trying to get the ADB side loading to work. Trying ever driver known to man. I kept getting the no devices message. There was a specific order that it had to be done in order for it to be recognizing the device at the time of loading. Enable mtp > adp > plug in > side load.
I'm up and running CM12 now. And I'm ready for bed!
Since you have twrp installed, why not just get an SD card and put a ROM on it and flash? Seems like the easy way to me.
For future reference, was the phone recognized by adb when in TWRP? If so, did you try to push any files to the internal storage?
I did that once I just flashed a tot file then just rerooted I couldn't connect phone back with adb or anything
After a successful root attempt to my daughter's phone (LG escape 2 Lollipop 5.1.1) I wanted to expand the storage space with FolderMount with a 32gbs sd card but it didn't work so it restarted the phone. Once the phone restarts whenever I connect the phone to my PC I don't see it like I was before (MTP) the camera don't even connect because it says that its full (there's no pics on the phone) when I go to file manager there's no folders but when I got to settings then storage I see both internal sd and ext sd, So I try to do a factory reset and that seem to make it worse because now I can't even sign into google at all.... when I try to sign into my wi-fi and click next it just hangs there, can't proceed any further unless I skip it..... im at my wits end with this, has anyone else had this problem??
Thanks in advance!!
