I've recently bought my Flyer and i really hate this HC stock rom. No matter how i try to downgrade it to GB, i get no luck at all.
And my CID is HTC_621, it seems there is no GB RUU file for my tablet. If anyone has the same RUU, please share it with me. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have a HTC Flyer 32g, 3g and was looking to do the required to make GSM phone calls on it. However, my hboot version says 1.07.00 so revolutionary does not support to change to s-off....so any help on if/how i can change the hboot version to 1.10.000 would be much appreciated.
NB - totally new to the world of HTC/Android (having just moved up from a Motorola V3i...yep i know i know).

Do the OTA update, if this is a UK stock one, the first update just updates Gingerbread and takes the bootloader to 1.10
Its the 3rd update that takes it to HC,
So you are safe doing the first update OTA to get to the 1.10 BOotloader.
THats the way I did mine (One of the Dixons 32gb 3g ones!)

I have a problem with my HTC flyer because i cannot install the phone application on it. The problem is because i cannot s-off it since it is 1.11.0011 version and 3.2.1. I managed to s-off my friend's which has an older version but was 1.11.0003 and 2.3.4

I managed to do it using the post above, however it doesn't work for version 1.11.0011. Does anyone here know how to do it, i was thinking maybe downgrade the firmware? but the problem is that i don't have root access.

My device is a HTC Flyer with UMTS and WLAN, Android 3.2.1 and HBOOT - 1.11.0011. I want to downgrade it to GB, but I dont' have neither a stock rom nor do I know how exactly to do that. The Flyer is S-OFF at the moment.
Where can I get a stock rom and what do I need to do: S-OFF it first, install CWM and flash the ROM?

I have a HTC One X+ which has been updated to 4.2.2 via OTA and got software 2.18.707.5. After that, I have unlocked bootloader, rooted, got recovery and flashed cook roms with a nandroid backup. Since I would like to get back to stock ROM but I have tried many RUU with 1.17 but it's failed certainly. I wonder whether I could downgrade my HOX+ or not to flash a RUU with 1.17. I have tried google it out but cannot find an answer. If anyone know how to downgrade a HOX+ from 4.2.2 to 4.1, please guide me. My HOX+ has s-off already. Many thanks!
