[Q] Gallery problems - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S 4

So I had pictures everywhere (multiple folders on sd card, and on the phone memory) with multiple folders in the gallery.. I decided to combine them all in less folders to clear things up using file manager.. after doing that it's still showing the old folders. I have tried clearing the cache in the app manager, the dalvik cache and cache in recovery, tried deleting the cache folder in file manager. No luck whatsoever. Anyone have this happen to them? Solution?

Did you try clearing gallery's data? Im pretty sure its required to do so

Tried that also. Basically I've tried clearing everything, all the cache, data. I've force stopped the gallery after doing that and also tried rebooting after clearing that.. I'm running hyperdrive rom and it comes with 2 galleries and the both do the same thing so there has to be a saved cache somewhere in the phone. I can't seem to find it

So after a lot of trial and error, I figured out what I did wrong. When I first set up my phone, I used autostarts to stop a bunch of harmless things (so I thought) and ended up stopping the automatic update for the gallery. So if anyone else is having this problem check that..

[Q] Market says no devices

All of a sudden on market.android.com it says I have no devices. Can't figure out why. I have tried clearing data from market app and signing out and back in on the browser site and nada. Anyone ever have this happen?
Try clearing the google services framework data as well. It's also inmanage applications. Reboot after clearing it.
Fingers crossed

Cleared cache and dalvik cache and siged into market on phone and all works fine. Just market.android.com doesn't work. Oh well really as long as I can download from phone it's not a HUGE deal. Just a slight annoyance.

No go on that either. No worries reading google help pages they are clueless and it seems to be semi-common. Maybe it will clear away in a day or two.
Go figure! It was my ROM! I've been using it for a while with no issues and now no dice. Reloaded a backup of a different ROM and it works fine now.

Paid Market Apps Missing

Has anyone had an issue where paid apps are no longer available to install? I have had the issue for the last two days. Anyone else?
Using the same account, same device, different ROM.

Try clearing market cache. And recreating gmail account on phone.
Are you talking about how the market now sorts it as "installed" and "all"? You'll find them under "all".
EDIT: Nevermind. I misunderstood.
I had the same problem. I reported my phone and it fixed it. One app in particular mwc3 showed up in my apps but said I needed to purchase it again. Reported my phone fixed it

What I did was download an app, cleared market data then all was back to normal.
Clear data on Google system framework with clearing data/cache on my market followed by a reboot did the trick for me. If nothing is showing, install some random app and they should show

Insufficient storage issue

I installed poweramp and then uninstalled it and now it says I have insufficient space. I can install other applications just fine. I've tried the fix for the similar titanium backup but it didn't work. I'm on tasks aokp 4.0.4

Check your data/apps folder to see if the apk is still in there even though you uninstalled.
I already tried that but I don't see anything.

i had the same problem with TiBu only. No other apps gave me that error. I ended up wiping and reflashing the rom. Its been fine since. I had no idea what caused it. I first tried to wipe data on the Play Store but that didnt fix it either.
quertyaas, you were right I found the problem. I was looking in the wrong data folder. I was using astro but found it with root explorer.

Nyydynasty, next instead of reflashing, just look in your data folder for a TiBu related odex file and delete it.

good to know. I didnt think of doing that - lol
I was having some intermittent BT issues anyway, so a reflash wasn't completely uncalled for

Ya, for some reason when you uninstalled it the APK still remained in the data/apps folder. The app wasn't installed but since it was still in the folder, it wouldn't let you reinstall it.
Good first step to check if this happens again. Check the data/apps folder with Root Explorer (I should have mentioned that in my initial response ).

Memory full issue

After I installed my last app I got a message about 1.mb of storage left but I am currently at 7gb free. I tried clearing as much cache as I can and still get it if I install an app. I am running the beans rom and never had problems till now. I also clear cache and dalvik in recovery.

There ya go
Complete 16gb is not alocated for device storage.... you should move pictures, videos etc on sdcard
Sent from my SCH-I605 using xda premium
The pictures are not the problem since I have all my pictures on my sd card anyway. Also when I click on the pic, video it brings me to the gallery where all my pics are in folders on my sd.
And also I've tried uninstalling a few apps such as flipboard which was using around 200mb and still get the error. Also here is a screen shot of the issue.
Update. I went and wiped cache, data, system and internal storage (had an update anyway) and it is still there after restoring my apps.
I got the same thing yesterday, no idea where it's coming from.

Google Maps Gps Issues

So I have a Sprint Note 3, Stock, Latest OTA, Non Rooted. Problem is, maps will force close continuously while in navigation mode. GPS seems to work fine on locating me on the maps side and in other apps that use gps in some form or another. Ive also cleared cache, un installed, reboot and re installed the updates and that makes no change.
Any help would be amazing.
How did u uninstall the app if you're not rooted? . This is a system app that can not be removed. Not sure why you are having g force closing issues as mine works just fine. . Have you tried clearing data instead of just cache?

I dont wanna hafta root that phone as the user that has it might end up breaking something.
I thought about a hard reset.
This did not correct the problem. Nor did the hard reset. Could it be a problem with the actual phone?
