I am building this rom from Slim's sources so any features they include will also be in this rom when synced.
I DO NOT own a Note 2, that being said i have not tested this, i might be able to have someone test but right now its not tested.
Installation instructions
For Most Users
Please keep in mind if a special instruction is needed it will be noted in the Changelog
Download the latest build
Addons ( if you don't have it already) from [here]
-Recommended- Full wipe, and manual format /system
Flash ROM and the addons you want
Reboot
Bug!!!
-Built-in kernel has a bug with data, probably a problem on the code end
- Please flash this kernel instead to restore data

Awesome to see my Gnex DD on the Note 2 now. I actually had emailed the Slim team asking if they'd bring this officially or allow someone to port it...glad its here some how. Downloading now, so stoked to try. If there isn't graphic artifacts then chances are its gonna be my DD.

AH OKAY so i now have three AOSP roms thats run without those horrible graphic artifact and this is one of them! SO SMOOTH AND BUTTERY! My biggest peeve is these AOSP ROMs that have that graphic artifact issue...I'm going to test this for the next two days and report on battery life and see if I find any bugs...so far it seems very promising.

oh just to note, when i plug into my computer with this rom my comp recognizes it as GT-N7105 instead of the SCH-i605 as it does on every other open source project on our device

Love how smooth this is and love the fact that it's running out of the box at 245 DPI.
After switching to a smaller DPI, going back to 320 just doesn't match the Note 2 AT ALL.

yea man, i love how slim has always had its own unique things to it, even if some or just small things. They have always done the smaller DPI and I too really enjoy that

Is anyone not getting data? I'm getting nothing but gray bars not saying 4g,3g or 1×…should I reflash?

I wasn't getting any data either, but I waited and it came back on its own
Either that, or I flashed a kernel, not sure what happened first.

I'll definitely be trying this out whether working data or not. If anything I'll take a deeper look into the zip and see if I notice something unusual (like I know exactly what I'm looking for, lol!) but I'll make sure to check it out. Thanks again, brotha!
