[Q] Scrolling problem - T-Mobile HTC One (M7)

Hi guys. I'm running ARHD 12.1 and I'm having scrolling problems with Facebook and google chrome. When I scroll through threads and try to stop it with my finger, nothing happens and it just keeps scrolling. Anyone experience this or have a similar issue? Thanks in advance.

I use Dolphin Browser HD. I donĀ“t like the stock browser.
Noone else discovering this problem? I don't want to use third party browsers, because the stock is very nice, but have lags scrolling pages... is this a bug on 2.3.3? Is it fixed in 2.3.4 ?

[Q] Frequent Browser crashing

I picked up my Galaxy Note yesterday and have noticed a strange problem with the browser. It seems that nearly half of the time when I launch the browser app, it starts a new session rather than resuming the previous. There are no dialog boxes or error messages, just a fresh browser session.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?
Thanks.
i would recommend using a different browser in general, opera is my browser of choice
I have the same issue and it is very annoying. I tried switching to another browser but none of the browsers are as smooth as stock. Opera is close, but it has other quirks.
i notice almost no difference as far as quickness with opera. what are you trying to view that you are getting crashes
i posted simular thread. i changed my homepage as well and it still crashes and start up page is goole search. my home page is xda btw

Weird issues with YouTube

Hello there !
since i've got my Xperia S i was very pleased with it, although the homescreen is a bit laggy when using the weatherwidget or the timescape widgets and swiping through them(any1 else noticed this?) and yea now i got a little issue with youtube..
its not only the app, but also in the browser when i want to watch a video it just keeps loading for like 10 minutes and if i try to close it will just force close or the system says that it's hanging and if i wanted to wait or fc it..
any1 else got this issue and knows a possible solution for this?
thanks in advance guys !!
Yep, your not the only one.

[Q] problems with browsers on ICS kang

Hi,
i have pershoots ICS snapshot 0512 on my P7500 and seeing some problems with the internet browsers. It seems they freeze on some pages so i have to make a force close.

PS: Root Browser also has quite some problems....
people reported that they removed flash from their devices and it solved their problems.

only issue is that i visit a lot of pages with flash...
well, I am using Opera Mobile, I never had this issue on AOKP build 36 but then again I am not that big a "surfer" ;-)

[Q] Huge Lag when Browser App is running.

Hi!
I am using Ubuntu Touch (15.04) Build 57 on my nexus 4.
Im using Ubuntu touch since a couple of weeks now but there is one thing that is really annoying. There is an immense lag when swiping from the welcome screen. Sometimes it takes 3-4 seconds until something happens. I noticed that this is most of the time when the standard browser app is running.... is this a known problem?
I tested with many apps running (Camera, Contacts, Phoneapp, Email App Dekko, Message App, System Settings, etc....) except the browser - the phone is fast and the experience is nice, but as soon as the browser is runnning, the phone is barely usable.... and really slow. The browser itself is okay when it is running... Very Strange...
Does anyone has suggestions what i can do? Is there an alternative browser i can test?
Thanks a ton for helping!

Hi,
There's no other browser which you can use (except one which hasn't seen any updates for a couple of months). That's indeed an interesting observation. Would you mind creating a bug report here? https://bugs.launchpad.net/webbrowser-app
Hi! thanks - yes i reported the bug - hopefully someone will help me solve this - it's nearly unusable like this...
@zwenson69 Thank you for the bug report.
