my Tablet Xperia S stuck on the Sony Boot Logo.
I can access to the recovery menu, but a firmware update doesnt work....

Did u install anything? I returned my bricked XTS yesterday. I got full refund and I bought Nexus 10 today. Hope somebody will help you. I tried to fix my XTS few days....with no results.

Try to flash again and see what error you get.... I have the same problem right now except original tablet. I managed to flash HoneyComb becuase it does not need the the same files in place etc. Unfortunately XTS does not have HC zip.
With mine it tries to flash system0 then system1. Perhaps yours will switch after flashing the first one. Try more than once. Also you can use adb "pull /tmp/recovery.log" and post the log here so I can have a look for you/

Was ungrading my i5500 from android 2.1 to 2.2 using kies
Kies downloaded the new firmware and was transferring the new firmware to the phone. The screen was showing yellow triangle with a android digging inside it. As it was downloading an error pop up on computer screen and the phone froze on download mode. After 30 mins I pluged the phone out and pulled out the battery and turn on the phone and how have this on my screen. what do I do next.

im replying from experience with a Sony Ericsson phone so i dont know if this will help but is there a re-flash option on kies? if not someone else will need to give their input, hope it helps!

Unfortunately kies doesn't recognized the phone any more. Looks like I going to have to send phone back to samsung. Thanks for your help
have you tried downloading the firmware from samfirmware.com and flashing it using odin
Hello I just picked up an at&t Atrix, and I really do hate the at&t boot logo. I want the factory boot logo I had in my bell Atrix that was lost.
Can someone send me or possibly post the stock factory boot logo.
boot logo, or boot animation? I don't remember AT&T on the actual boot logo.

I want the normal "M" with the what I would describe as a hurricane around it. I never had anything else pop up on the other one.
Disregard. I edited the first part of the boot animation to loop and deleted the at&t portion. Works good now.

Im a stupid noob.
With that out of the way i still want to ask for help.
I bought a Z2 two days ago and wanted to throw on the Cyanogen M9 Snapshot. It^s my first time with android and my first time
modding my phone. Maybe a little too much first times
I followed all the steps aka unlocking the phone ... recovery mode ... wipe previous data ... and loaded the Cyanogen M9 snapshot.
After Reboot i ended up in BootLoop and started checking for errors ... what i found was that my wipe didnt work. This is the message i get
all the time when i try to do the wipe/factory reset:

recover your device through this for now, back to stock
im not sure what recovery you used but try using this one as there should be no problems with anything system related, you need to use flashtool from flashtool.net to flash this

Hello, this is herna from XDA Assist.
As far as your picture tells, you need to unlock your device bootloader before trying to do anything with it and with the tool. Seems that doing a factory reset could resolve your trouble. So as the warning says, follow the steps provided there and unlock your bootloader(this at your own risk), and try to flash a stock firmware or perform a factory reset.
For the next time you have an issue, please create a thread in the below section for your Xperia 10i :

There you will get an answer by other X10/X10i owners, and them help will be much more useful than mine.

I used PC companion to repair it and it worked, ty for the help.
my phone is Asus zenfone laser ZE550kl
I was messing up with the boot image(powered by andriod img)
while doing it my phone battery got dead so i putted it on charge after a while i tryed to onn it but it just shows blank screen ;its not bricked as the led is on & it shows the battery charging percentage while off but when i try to on it its blank ;its niether going in recovery or fast booting ;i contacted local shops they said is some software error i have to try on my self
please if anyone knows whats the issue

I have also faced a similar issue when messed around with the boot animation manually. You have to flash the stock rom using Sp flash tool to fix it.

As far as i know, SP Flash Tools only works with mediatek chipsets. Try it out. All the best!
