What details you want?, my phone is working fine, then I put it away, come back later and it won't turn on, its not that the battery is dead because when I do get it to turn on it still has battery.

What firmware is the patient ???
Have you read the identical symptoms posts .

Ok, thx anyidea if my warrenty is still valid? And any way to get my data off

No warranty no data off .
If phone does not boot to download mode the warranty rejection may never arise .

What about the thing the eu released that unless they prove that my flashing broke it, then the warrenty is still valid

Get somebody at the phone vendors to accept that if you can .
Samsung's separate 24 month limited warranty is as i understand it an extra above sale of the product .
It is not covered by EU law .
Some get non warranty phones repaired free others get rejected the majority where root or custom rom is visible get rejected .
Not only have you rooted the phone but also installed a non Samsung kernel .
Suck it and see they either repair free or reject and send you a quote .

I will take it to 3 and see what they say

I got it to turn on now, I think it maybhave been the fake batteries that I had bought.

Choices .
Send for a paid for repair if it is repairable .
Use phone as not a phone .
Sell it as not a phone .

I sent it in service, but they said that could not fix it!
I do not want to sell it.
I think Hellcatdroid is the only user in here that can fix your phone.
Find him and ask for his help. Make sure you give any information available from what you did in case he accepts to help you. Good luck buddy.

Well flash a rom from that site then ask them why your phone is broken ..
Can you access download mode
Can you access recovery mode
If neither then you need a service centre but a JTag repair may be cheaper .

Like everything you find via searching a clue their is a thread in the General section .
It is a service device that allows a boot to restore firmware .
But as we don't know what you have broke i would get a price from a service centre .
JTag is no good if motherboard or Nand is damaged.

[Q] no network after update!!!

So I believe I was on the 4.0.4 when I started. I rooted my phone after only having the phome for a week. I wanted to update my phone so I downloaded an app which would allow me to keep my root and update at the same time (blue android figure as the icon of the app) everything seemed to have worked then I noticed it said emergency calls only and my network was gone. Currently I am on 4.1.2 and my serial number and imei are still the same. I have tried everything, including flashing stock rom on to it ... resetting to factory settings.. EVERYTHING. And it is really bugging me because I only got this phone a week ago
It is a samsung galaxy s3... please can some one help me. I heard people in the other forums talking about modem or efs or something along them lines and I am wondering it might be something to do with that?

Just find your original firmware details or ask a user with the same phone as you or just restore via
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1978840
or just guess at sammobile firmware based upon your location and network ..

Ive tried to flash to a stock firmware from sammobile.. I put it back its orignal firmware but still I was faced with the same problem.
Then I tried upgrading it with a stock firmware off sammobile again and still no service and its prompting me that I have no service.
I dont care about any files on my phone. I just want my signal back and I am willing to do anything to have solved.
Should contact Samsung? As I believe I still am under warranty

If you backed up EFS, restore it. If you did not backup EFS, send for repair. No other fix.
Did you use search as per forum rules? Millions of topics on this.

charging issue after just 10 days of purchasing.plzz help.

hi alll..
i have samsung galaxy s3 having android 4.1.1 stock and m having charging problem..
sometimes my phone gets full charge in 2 hrs and sometimes it takes 5 hrs..m using samsung stock charger which comes with the phone..
plzzz help me frnzzz..m worried coz its just 10 days since i purchase my phone....
what should be the problem??
plzzz reply as soon as possible....
First update to the latest 4.1.2, the version you're on will kill the phone's nand memory.
Get a replacement charger and lead, the stock one is useless. I use the older style Samsung one, with the integral flat ribbon lead.
I would return to the seller.

Who knows without testing.
Test cable |Test Charger Test Phone
Your phone is under warranty now .
You play with firmwares in ignorance and you may void warranty .
